I never thought I’d say this, but one of the best food moments of my trip happened inside an airport. Tucked between the usual grab-and-go sandwich counters and overpriced coffee shops was an unexpected oasis of flavor and comfort — a small restaurant that delivered big time on taste and value.

Then came the dumplings — and wow. Pillowy, golden brown, packed with juicy, perfectly seasoned filling. Before boarding on my flight from Sydney airport, I wanted to grab a bite to eat. At Lilong restaurant. So before I ordered she said spicy fried rice come with chicken and prawn. So I ordered to go. However when they called my order number, I came and I asked again, if it’s come with prawn and she said yes. So I just believe it and left to my gate. And when I got to my gate number. And I try to eat my food salty and there’s no prawn! And the fried rice so salty and not spicy at all. The food not good so is the one who take the order and my food going to the trash after I took a few bites so...
