Taste of Thai — Restaurant in Sydney

I was to see a thai resto at Sydney airport coz their food never disappoint anytime anywhere. This restaurants food is really good.

The service however is very bad. Eventhough the lady who took my order was kind and calm the colleague is rude. I originally ordered dine-in but my son and husband bought KFC the next shop beside TASTE OF THAI. I took my plate right infront of the resto (foodcourt) and the suddenly the other staff came to me grabbed my plate (no warning no excuse me) saying "ILL PUT THIS IN TAKE AWAY" HIGH TONE. I was trying to explaine the situation while following her like a little girl cofused where and whats goin on. She kept saying "ill put in take away ill put in take away" so I said in a calm manner "can you please listen for a while? It is because my family bought a food from the other shop thats why i opt to eat infront or can they eat with me inside your shop?" She said "No thats why ill put in take away". I mean they can just talk nicely. I was so surprised with the treatment and the manner.

The food was really good but I dont have the appetite anymore, had to ask to boys It pains to give anyone 1 star as I work in hospitality industry as well, but girl work on your tone and try to listen. Hopefully the service would...

We recently dined at Taste of Thai at Sydney Airport, and I must say our experience left a lot to be desired. Right from the start, our trip outside the country was off to a rough start because of the cashier's unfriendly attitude. She raised her eyebrows at us when we decided to eat at a table far from their area.

This lack of accommodation was a big disappointment, especially since we were excited to try the restaurant's food. It's essential for any establishment, especially one in the hospitality industry, to be welcoming and accommodating to customers' preferences. Unfortunately, our encounter with the cashier set a negative tone for the rest of our trip.

While I can't speak to the quality of the food, I can't help but feel that the cashier's attitude cast a shadow over our dining experience at Taste of Thai. It's a shame that something as simple as this can lead to such a negative impression of an otherwise potentially...

Absolutely disappointing! Very rude waitresses and cashiers. When you run a restaurant staff should be friendly with their customers especially if you want a good review and feedback from us. I kindly asked for water from one of the waitress she brought out just one cup of water. I then asked for a jug of water LIKE ALL RESTAURANT HAS she said to order from cashier again. I then spoke to another waitresses who said they dont give table water.

Instead of making us customers going round and round in circle just for water they could have nicely said they dont give table water.

Won't be coming back here again next time i travel for their bas services. Our food came late when we ordered the 2 bar curry and rice price deal they had.
