Mad Toppings Randwick Pizza — Restaurant in Sydney

First I ordered through Uber Eats for Mad Toppings. 50 minutes later with the order 4 minutes away it gets cancelled because the staff at Mad Toppings gave the driver the wrong order. Not wanting to make the same mistake I order through Uber Eats again but from Belmore Rd Pizziolia not wanting to give Mad Toppings the chance to screw up my order a second time. Little did I know that it’s still Mad Toppings just using a second name, and they are consistent I will give them that, because even though I didn’t want to order from them again I did by accident to their second name and they made the exact same mistake. The order this time arrived, with my docket but with someone else’s pizza. It’s now almost 2 hours since I placed my initial order. In this situations of frustration money isn’t the main concern it’s the fact I’m left with no food & extremely hungry. I get my refund from Uber but I call Mad Toppings to let them know of their mistakes and my frustrations with them today, only to have the person on the phone tell me I’m wrong. That I ordered the Pepperoni when I’m telling him I know which pizza I order because I only like 1 type of pizza and he must have had 2 different people with the same name place orders and he’s given my second driver the wrong pizza a second time. He would not admit fault. Don’t bother with these guys. They either need new people sending out orders who actually check what they are giving to the delivery drivers, or...

Update I just had a call from the owner who cares about his customers. He wanted to fix the problems and that says everything about a business! I am grateful he called. He is going to fix it and that is a sign of a brilliant business!

I get it, we can have a problem with an order and it is how it is handled. I don’t expect things to always be perfect. It is what the business does to fix it. Highly recommended the Randwick location, they will take care of the customer!

My order was not accurate and was over charged! When I called to sort it out they just said “No”! What the heck. I ordered the apple pie bits ($8.95) and received a kids apple juice! I added Italian sausage (extra $3.00) to the Americana and took off pepperoni. It came with NO Italian sausage and had pepperoni on it. The toppings are inconsistent and it is not a good pizza.
