Absolute horrible experience. Feedback to an uncooked curry made Owner\Chef go berserk. Doesn't let you talk. The manager, a lady also has no clue which year is this or planet she is on. The only response you get is for asking or saying anything is- we have no time on a friday night & we can't deep fry lol. Good luck lasting with that attitude. Just want to request to them- Learn to listen and cook. you will go a long way.

Mr Owner\Chef, Never expected you to reply with a sincere apology and you didn’t disappoint me at all based on the food and service you have provided to us earlier. Please try to listen and act on a genuine feedback given to you rather then being defensive and makeup a story. Customer service 101, listen to the customer first. Not once I disrespected you or your wife during the call, but you keep hanging up without listening to me. Your wife (manager), when I called and said the curry was uncooked, straightaway said, that’s how we cook. Now being an Indian and cook myself, I know that’s not how you cook curries at all. I specifically told her, there was strong taste of uncooked turmeric hinted it didn’t cook properly. Never asked about refund at this time and happy to get it send back for you to check. Her bizarre reply was- Oh, it’s very busy tonight and we can’t deep fry for you. Lol very interesting I must say. Still don’t know what it means. Now, it clearly shows about your customer service that you can’t take a feedback on your uncooked food, and now pointing that your other customers were getting angry. So you cant own and fix one issue you created. Very well. We could hear you in background, shouting to your wife\manager, cut the phone, cut the phone its very busy. Not even listening what I have to say. 4 times call is because you were hanging up the phone without listening to your customer. And threatening me that If I call again you will call the Police. Really?? Well done sir. Talk about respect, I know its tough times for business, so I would have had let it go at first and hence I called, but your aggressive behaviour and ignorance towards customer service made me write the review and complaint to Uber-eats. Which handled this situation beautifully and you would know it too. With practise, you might be able to make your own Mand’s special curry eatable one day, but your attitude you are born with, I’m afraid can’t be changed. Unfortunately, have to share the experience as it was quite disappointing. Drove to this restaurant and, both on the website and the menu, there is a 10% discount advertised for pick up orders. This discount is also promised on the display window on the outside of the restaurant. When collecting the food, the total amount being charged was clearly not been easily displayed so I had to ask what was being charged. When it was the full amount (as well as the additional fee for credit cards) and I questioned why the discount was not applied, was told that it was an old offer. At that stage, I pointed to a current menu that was right there on the front counter, only to be told that that too was apparently 'wrong'. The person serving was curiously hostile and clearly annoyed that I was not paying in cash and said the discount was for cash payments only. The fact that the offer displayed right in front of him, at the front of the restaurant AND their website is unacceptable. The amount of the discount was not much- hardly worth any contention, but the experience was one when i relayed it to friends, the united response was that I need to share the experience on a review. The food is good, and cannot complain about that but the experience unprofessional...

Absolutely horrible experience. The Manager of this place was screaming and shouting on the top of his voice and blackmailed saying he will report to police even without listening or understanding what we are saying. We ordered for Mand’s special chicken; tandoori chicken and roti. Mand’s special chicken was so horrible that we could not eat more than one spoon. The Turmeric in the curry was so so overpowering that we could barely swallow the curry. The chicken( meat) was cooked fine but the curry was not even simmered properly making the turmeric overpowering. We called to let the manager know and they started screaming unprofessionally and blackmailing to call the police. Please BEWARE of this place and unprofessional behaviour not worth a dime. Will never recommend this place. We called twice to try to explain in English and also Hindi thinking Hindi might help but the response was just the same screaming and shouting. HORRIBLE...
