I decided not to buy anymore and went over to KFC to buy lunch for myself and my daughter. She is so bitter and shouldn’t be in customer service. This is the worst customer service I have ever received. This is the first time I am leaving a negative review for any business so you can imagine how I felt. I know there was a rush at that time but it was not a reason for her to treat me that way. Actually I don’t wanna give any star to this restaurant the staff was extremely rude , we ordered our food accidentally my husband picked up the wrong drink and then we asked them to exchange it and give it what we had in our order , the girl with a lot of piercing on her face shouted rudely on me that first your husband picked up the wrong order it’s his mistake , then she rudely brought another drink and shouted on me that next time don’t pick wrong order.

I was so shocked that our mistake wasn’t that much big that she acts like this, after I asked to have a chat with responsible person but they are saying oh our manager is finished his shift, we are not interested in talking , one sales girl was standing there I asked her to be nice with her customers then instead of being polite and sorry she started saying you guys were wrong you picked up wrong order we gonna check CCTV footage.
