I really wish this wasn't my local Maccas. There is probably ONE nice staff member there (older female). Most are rude, don't care and want you gone so they can play with their high school friends behind the counter. I really hope someone with initiative who works there will see this review and TRY to improve the store.
Second Review: Down to one star now. These guys couldn't get it right if they tried. I have now tried to purposely go in to the store rather than drive through for a better chance of actually getting what I pay for. I had to repeat my order 5 times (small coffee frappe with caramel drizzle and cream), was charged extra for the drizzle and cream, and ended up with coffee drizzle. I couldn't be bothered getting them to make it again as I had already wasted extra time by opting out of the drive through convenience.
If I ask for a cheeseburger no pickles, I get packaging that says "no pickles", but guess what's inside? Pickles. Also, why does the price of hashbrowns change by the hour?
First Review: Three stars. Ordered 2 hashbrowns (out of breakfast hours) and a frozen coke. Girl handed me my drink, then walked away mumbling something. I said "excuse me" and she angrily whipped around, half still walking to the kitchen and shouted "CAN YOU GO TO THE WAITING BAY?"...um okay. Chill, girl. She was young, so she was either overworked and tired, or just hasn't developed basic customer service skills. It is maccas though. I don't have high expectations but I don't like getting yelled at by a 12 year old. The hashbrowns were...
Read moreI live locally and go here all the time but recently my experiences have been nothing then short of disappointing and aggravating my order is never right the staff are extremely rude and I have been forgotten about all together in the drive-thru almost every time I go An example will be the last time I went I saw they have a promotion for the glass cola cups so I asked the lady at the drive-thru if they had the cups and she replied to me yes when, I received my order and I checked it there was no glass cup in it so I asked the lady handing out my order if I could get one she then, right in front of me, turned around and asked her manager if they had glass cups The manager then said to the worker, right in front of me that they are in the back she then turned around and said to me they didn't have any When I explained to her that i am not deaf or stupid, she then told me to park around the corner in the waiting bay n she'll bring out my cup, which I did and waited 15 minutes when I decided to come out and go into the store myself because I've probably been forgotten about like usual and to my surprised I have been forgotten about and the lady gave me my glass Cup This doesn't happen once or twice it happens everytime i go this is just one example When you go ask for your reciept I understand your a fast food resteruant but your service is appalling and it's clear that you have no customer...
Read moreI don’t even know where to start. McDonald’s, you’ve officially lost me as a customer. First off, the service was appalling. The staff was so disinterested, it felt like I was bothering them by ordering food. I had to repeat my order THREE times, and they still got it wrong. How hard is it to get a Big Mac right?
Then the food… Oh boy. The fries were soggy, cold, and tasted like they had been sitting under a heat lamp for hours. The burger? It was a sad, limp piece of meat with a few sad shreds of lettuce, as if they just gave up halfway through making it. It wasn’t even warm, just this depressing, sad mess.
Don’t even get me started on the cleanliness. The floor looked like it hadn’t been swept in days, and there was a sticky puddle near the drink station. I’m not even sure what was on the counter—it looked like a science experiment gone wrong.
“ oh don’t be dramatic” people will say when it was disgusting. It was a mess. They didn’t even bother giving me tissues, it was a simple mission and when I asked them. they replied with groaning and then threw it to me.
Honestly, I don't know how McDonald’s stays in business. The quality has plummeted, the service is non-existent, and I left feeling like I needed a shower. I would rather eat cardboard than go back to this disaster. Do yourself a favor and avoid it at all costs. I ordered 2 Big Macs also, and both of them only had 1 patties. DO...
