A while ago I ordered one chicken kebab for my lunch then I found they also started making skewer as well, so I asked a female staff member if it was possible to add one lamb skewer by itself to my order not the skewer meal as I had have ordered the chicken kebab for my lunch, I asked how much it would be just buy the skewer, she said $10 for the skewer, I was happy with that, after I paid the money the female staff went in and came out with the owner, he put some salt on the skewer then went to the back of the shop, after a good while, I received chicken kebab and lamb skewer, the skewer was as salty as can be and as tough as can be, the chicken in the kebab was all the over burned small chicken pieces from the tray, I was disgusted by their behaviour, I just simply added some food to my order and happy to pay whatever the price that was asked of me, I did not negotiate the price at all, you could say that you don't sell the skewer separately, we only sell skewer meals, I just do not understand why a shop owner and the female staff member could behave in a such nasty manner, I would not recommend this shop to anyone...

Yesterday, I ordered lunch and sides for 3 ppl, one was combo, I remember that I clearly told and even pointed to the menu but I received something just normal what exactly it was, obviously I went to ask my order that I ordered then that girl told me you didn't pay that much money, I just paid for my order 53.87! Then start yelling at me showing calculator, try to prove her wrong taken order was not wrong. Other customers on the counter and around ppl there, they all saw with big eyes how she was yelling at me. Her calculation was wrong too and asking me 2 dollar. It wasn't about 2 dollar after all we didn't even want to eat that food. So offended. She doesn't know say sorry for her mistake! Try to blame me for all her mistake. Awful! How work...

I’m a bit of a hot chip fiend and Toros ones are mostly pretty much the best ever, so I love to get some hot chips and/or a spinach and cheese pide (also very good), as a Friday night treat meal. There is one young guy that way undercooks (and drastically under salts) the chips though, tonight had to recook them myself in the air fryer and result was very disappointing when I’m hankering for high end hot chippies at the end of the work week. Should have taken a pic of the raw chips and would have gone back if they hadn’t already closed tonight. Will have to start scoping who’s on chip duty for any future orders because defs don’t want to forgo all the times where...
