McDonald's Westmead — Restaurant in Sydney

The food is mediocre. It’s McDonald’s. I don’t really know what more you are expecting. I mean if you go into having a rush don’t really expect any quality food. They just gonna slap your brother together and hope for the best. I don’t really enjoy the burgers. They aren’t even that cheap it’s pretty expensive although I’m getting large so maybe I’m just broke feel like I need to pay for it. I much for for Hungry Jacks because they have a lot of great menus and vouchers that you can use to get some stuff it’s really cheap. The food actually taste like food there as we don’t need to sounds really typical but Makkas just piece of cardboard right now you know. I love to see them think they have the flu is just me I don’t really feel anything when I eat it do you know I need to make an emotional connection with my food and I just don’t feel like I’m getting that from Donalds any more you know my first meal in this country with McDonald’s. I had chicken nuggets. Happy meal to be specific it was the first time I have ever had sweet-and-sour sauce I must say the sweet-and-sour sauce is pretty darn good but that’s not the only saving grace and McDonald’s can possibly offer I mean because I just have all this source you know. I feel like I’m rambling with this is fun someone to keep going. Sweet-and-sour sources the only good thing going to McDonald’s. Their burgers taste like nothing fries with a not fresh taste like nothing in life is to find another fresh pot to find fishways McDonald’s now days to coffee from the cafe is mediocre the drinks of steel flat and they got rid of the frozen Fanta flavour so everything I love is gone dead. Another thing is that with chickens never have enough mail any chicken but you and the chickenburger just completely likes me unease it’s the most unpleasant thing to have no mayonnaise on your burger meat is that the best thing ever you know. I need to be for awhile. I haven’t eaten McDonald’s be for awhile beef for awhile. One time I did the thing the last time I ate it I swear water came out of it maybe was just so badly cooked they probably like boiled or something but it was just awful and I’ve never touched it again. Good because just have no flavour like I never said that before but like I need to up the game. The food doesn’t taste like food and that’s just dad maybe if it was cheaper I would understand but like it’s not compare to everyone the fast food joint in fact if you want to good burger it’s...

This McDonald's Westmead branch is a place where I usually stop by every week. The staffs are usually welcoming with smiles and pretty fast response in their customer service, especially Drive-thru.

However, there are two things visitors to keep that in mind as follows;

1. This branch recently renovated the Drive thru pathways - It used to be one pathway with one entrance, but now the entrance split into two to be merged to the one narrow pathway, which should be cautious to someone driving a bit long and big vehicles for example a longer SUV or big truck.

2. The food ordering system in the Drive thru was out of order at my last visit. No food menu, itemized list, and total price were not displayed on their screen(not one but all of them). The staff told that it was broken. If you are not family with the Drive Thru, consider to double check prices, the list of items, and payment for sure.

Due to two matter above, tt was noticed that many cars were put in bumper to bumper more and the total elapsed time from the waiting time, ordering, and pick up to get out of the Drive Thru took much longer than usual shop visiting unless contactless ordering food is more important. Hope the above matters to get sorted out and better soon

Nevertheless, enjoying served soft corn ice cream with other snacks during hot summer is a joy of being in a long queue in this Drive Thru.

PS. A pack of 6 pieces of donut balls are not recommended as it was not worth of paying $3. Those were tiny, tasteless, and totally different from the advertisement unless those are for kids or small eaters - disappointed

Other than the donut balls, other regular selling items are good as usual.

Have to give one star so this review can be seen - otherwise it would be 0. Went there last night and ordered a large frozen coke and two large chicken salt shaker fries. Waited forever in the drive through and when we finally got the chips and drink we left the McDonalds and halfway out onto the road we realised they hadn't even given us the chicken salt sachets for the shaker fries. We ended up wasting so much time trying to get back to the McDonalds. Finally got back there and I walked into the store to ask for the chicken salt sachets and spoke with the manager. He said he would get them for me and then promptly walked over to a different register and started taking orders from people in the other line! How hard is it to just hand me the sachets? (I could see them behind him in a big box). anyways, i started walking back up to him and he goes 'oh yeah that's right, you wanted the sachets' and wandered off to get them for me. Honestly no wonder the service is so terrible if the manager is acting like that to customers. Stay away. They always get your order wrong. Fast food is meant to be just that...fast. And drive through is there for a reason... so you don't have to get out of your car. Such a joke. Should have just bought them from...
