Have been going here for some time and thought it was reliable up until yesterday. Usually ordering is a breeze and wait times are fairly quick but now it's the opposite. Ordering was still alright since I used the self-serve machine but I was extremely disappointed with the wait time.
All I ordered was the my Maccas app special deal (2 burgers, drink, fries) and it took a solid 20 minutes! Not only that but you could clearly see the worker just pacing around doing absolutely nothing. I saw the burgers piling up, so whoever is making the burgers is doing good but the front end is just shocking.
The worker called out people's orders, to which multiple people came and tried to grab them. Isn't it easier to just say the order number and ask for the receipt? When she called out my order, some random dude came and took it even though I clearly showed her my receipt. The guy had no receipt and took off straight away.
By the time I got my burger, which man I was tempted to go in and make my order myself, the burger wasn't even warm. The fries were cold too. All the worker had to do was put the stuff into the bag, is it really that difficult? There wasn't even anyone in the drive thru and the store wasn't even packed, what's the excuse? I am so disappointed and will never be...
Read moreOrdered a happy meal with apple slices for our little one… as always, we were told to wait in the waiting bay which wasn’t even the issue. The first red flag; the childish attitudes of the female serving staff were absolutely APPALLING. As we waited in the waiting bay we saw one female worker in a striped shirt and apron give the customer in front of us so much attitude, and the rudest sendoff— trudging off swearing like a teenage boy with anger issues. After receiving our food, we realised they forgot our apple slices and had no napkins— to which we gave the benefit of the doubt because we understand it’s the holiday period and everyone is tired, but when we came back around to advise them that they forgot the apple slices, the two service staff at the window were unapologetic and questioned us? We watched them as they dug around for some apple slices and then they handed them to us— without the napkins— but then when my husband reminded them about the napkins, he got an eye roll from the blonde service staff. And then, the icing on the cake, as our daughter opened her Apple slices she brought to our attention that the Apple slices were brown and soggy…. And that’s because they’re expired by 4 DAYS!...

I dont blame the crew,i lay the putrid lack of customer service solely on the shoulders of the two apparent managers. You have one manager,(female), out the back cooking and putting burgers together,whilst the other manager,(male),standing around in Mccafe talking to the two young girls working there probably hoping to get his end wet and doing absolutely nothing to what should be happening on the shift,all the while you have four inexperienced crew members scratching their heads and turning circles as to what should happen next,there was even one point that they stood around in a circle trying to work it out.
Meanwhile you have people standing or sitting waiting up to 20mins for their orders having a good ol laugh at how poorly the shift was being run by twoanagers who obviously cannot manage a small team of people or restaurant between them,they should be sent back to re-sit the...
