Ube yema is so yum and affordable, the sponge is so soft and fluffy. You can taste the ube flavour mixed on it’s external icing, will rate it as 10/10 and I highly recommend. Not only I and my housemates really like it but even so with my colleagues at work and mga bisita during a bday party.

Their ube macapuno which is made to order is so very disappointing. The icing is just very plain compared as what you buy from normal stores, which is way way cheaper. Very thin paste of ube on each layer of the cake, taz parang expired na ang coconut meat na nilagay. The sponge is not that fluffy and soft, compared to the cheaper ube yema or yema cake. My first time to order this product and will be my last, I don’t recommend this at all - very expensive and is not palatable. We have to discard more than 3/4 of the cake, Hindi ako mayaman pero Hindi talaga siya makain kahit nang mga kasama ko sa bahay. Don’t ever purchase a cake at this place. The people are horrible, extremely rude. The old man that works here doesn’t know & understand what customer service is. The way he speaks to customers is very inappropriate & rude. I purchase a cake for my sisters’ birthday paid them $40 but on the day I was tried to pick up thecake at 3pm it wasnt ready when I was told it would be ready at 11am. I told them I wanted to cancel it they refused to give me the full refund instead they took out $10 of the $40. Also they started the cake but when they showed me the cake I saw it and they just started the bottom of the cake and they expected me to wait. Last month, I bought some palitao and when we got home it wasn’t fresh at all. Palitao was hard and had a stale smell.

Last Saturday, went there as I’m craving for Puto. Came home and same story - it’s already panis!!

I was so cranky as I told myself I’ll give them another go.

Tried calling them to get a refund but phone is disconnected!!

Be warned!! Lots of other Fili places to get your snacks there....
