Appalling! There’s a seating area where I was sitting and working on a laptop. I was firstly asked to move so that staff could sweep. I thought this was odd but obliged. Then we were asked to leave and come back in half an hour so that she could finish mopping. It’s 5:55pm and the store doesn’t close till 830pm. Not sure who would come back to a takeaway store. i ordered a 6 pack of caramel slice on uber and i also wronte if not exact item REFUND MONEY which was completely ignored so i recieved a 4 pack with 60 grams less and the lady i spole to fiund it hilarious laughing away she told me just cut it into 6 pieces? so sad to see what has happened to the customer service industry shame on you deciving a...
