Pho Ha Noi Restaurant — Restaurant in Sydney

I was walking by then saw this restaurant. I went inside and find available table to seat down. It was busy that time. People are talking and laughing and enjoying their time with the good vietnamese music. The staff greeted me and give the menu. While browsing the menu I find it good because the price is cheaper, it range just only $1-20. I ordered, porkchop with steam rice. When my order came I was shocked to see how big the serving of porkchop and it comes with a bowl of soup. The meat was so tasty, tender and well cook while the soup tastes like home, a very flavourful one. For only $12 you can have a full meal. It is cheaper unlike to the nearby restaurant. I GOT DOWN TO MY LAST PIECE OF MEAT AT IT HAD GREEN ON IT? Ive had stomach cramps and sharp pains in my abdomen all afternoon and i cannot wait to leave work and go and sit in a waiting room at the doctors for hours FFS! I used to visit this restaurant often before covid and also after covid. Today I felt like going again, I ordered skin chicken and rice as always. When I was eating seor third or forth spoon at the side of the plate, I saw an insect leg, should be that of cockroach or fly. I showed it to the waiter he said sorry and took away the plate. I was sitting then don’t know who he is owner or the manager told me that it’s alright and won’t charge money. Seriously he was unapologetic and no professional at all. He should have come and said sorry at least. I also feel that the kitchen is very dirty. Such careless and dirty people. I nearly vomited after seeing the insect leg because I was eating from the same plate. Never ever going there...
