Had the breakfast oregano manoush. It was so good, made fresh after ordering. Not at all stingy in the amount of herb and sesame seeds. Then ordered haloumi manoush. Again, made fresh after ordering. While it was nice and hot, the haloumi filling didn't feel like haloumi...maybe it's a different type of haloumi or it was less. Because it was more bread. But we would still go and try a lot more stuff from their menu. And the lady who prepped the food was very friendly and lively. Wonder how the breakfast plate is,...

I’ve tried manoush from a lot of places, but nothing compares to the one at Minas Bakery Auburn. Crispy on the outside, soft on the inside, and full of flavour – whether you go for za’atar, cheese, or lahme, you can’t go wrong.

A big shoutout to Roukaya, who makes every visit better with her warm service and attention to detail. You can tell she cares about the quality and consistency – and it shows in every bite.

Highly recommend if you’re in the area. Fresh, authentic, and always satisfying. Can’t wait...
