My husband came back this morning and showed your staff and the excuse they gave him the green color being " food coloring" in an ube hopia? instead of apoligising and taking accountability of your wrong processes your staff had to lie.The green colours on your hopia are not merely "food coloring", they are in fact MOULDS. People are buying your products and you should be selling fresh ones that will not harm their health. I hope the Mother business of your franchise can see this review and...

We love this bakeshop since we knew about it but last Saturday Nov 9 we came to buy bread and they have this Sapin-sapin and have one. But so disappointed. It taste and smell bad already. We could'nt eat it anymore as we are afraid of food poisoning or whatever it may cause. We check the best before date its 15 of November 2024. To think that best before date is still 6 days away. But then at the second look, something wrong with how the number 1 written in number 15. It is written in Red ballpen and different font. So basically the oroginal date could be 5 November. Just thankful kids...

I bought about 6 inches wide and 3 inches thickness of purple sponge cake from this store.

To my great surprise, when I saw the docket it was $31.00 cake. There was NO fillings inside it, at least macapuno (young coconut) or custard. Just a plain sponge cake with a very thin layer of purple yam icing.

This is a ripoff price for an ordinary cake. Costco is selling cakes 3 times bigger and taste better for a lot less than the prize of this cake.
