Mountain Culture Factory and Taproom is a hidden gem nestled in Emu Plains. From the moment you step inside, you're greeted with a warm and inviting atmosphere. The staff are incredibly friendly and knowledgeable, always willing to help you find the perfect brew to suit your taste.

Their selection of craft beers is extensive and constantly rotating, ensuring there's always something new to try. Whether you're a seasoned beer enthusiast or just dipping your toes into the craft beer scene, there's something for everyone here.

The taproom itself is spacious and well-designed, with plenty of seating options to accommodate both intimate gatherings and larger groups. The industrial-chic decor adds to the ambiance, making it the perfect spot to unwind after a long day or catch up with friends over a pint.

And let's not forget about the food! The menu features delicious bites that pair perfectly with their beers, from hearty burgers to flavorful appetizers.

Overall, Mountain Culture Factory and Taproom is a must-visit for anyone looking to experience the best of Emu Plains' craft beer scene. Whether you're stopping in for a quick drink or settling in for a leisurely evening, you're guaranteed a fantastic time....

Great spot for tasting some of the best beers this country produces, with wine options for those that don't drink beer (GF beer option aswell). Food is available from one of the regular food trucks (think burgers and/or pizza). There is also the option to sit outside under an umbrella or upstairs overlooking lots of shiny tanks working their magic. Staff are friendly, with Karl being an absolute legend. He even took us on a short tour of the factory whilst it was quiet at the bar, with not much going on in the factory (stuff was happening, but was contained within the tanks... turning grains, hops and water into liquid gold). 5 🌟 We will be back.

Edit .. returned 2/12/2023......better than ever! Now has live music and is now placed higher than Bunnings for Saturday visits as it has a sausage sizzle (free) & BEER!! Bunnings needs to...

Firstly, the beer is outstanding, and well worth the trip! There's plenty of room here for the kids to run around, there's picnic tables outside. You can buy takeaway from cellar door bar downstairs, or head upstairs for a tasting, beer paddles, or just settle in with your favourite and a few good mates. On Fridays and Saturdays they have a wood fire pizza food truck with delicious hot and ready-made pizzas right at the front door. The location at the foothills of the Blue Mountains makes it an ideal place for you to stop in on your way up (or down) the mountains! The staff are all lovely and helpful and I hope you will help support this great local...

Mountain Culture has been one of my favourite breweries for a long time, but, I generally only have their beers in cans due to not living near their 2 locations. Having previously been to their Katoomba location we decided to try the Emu Plains location this time around. They have a huge range of delicious craft beers on tap, with a good mix of core range and special/limited brews. The burgers from the burger truck were delicious. Accessibility is limited however there is a disabled lift to use for wheelchairs, prams, etc. No area or activities for children so this could limit your stay here. We will return.
