Let me clear up a few things that clearly seem to be miscontrude here.
Firstly I was told that I was speaking to the owner and he also told me his name was Kayham so not a CSR representative. Also at no point did you as the owner say how much the total was when you took my order. The 8 tokens I had all said 'free delivery' which you did not honour. Finally I was in no way abusive, I simply explained my frustration yet you proceeded to cut me off and I'm pretty sure we both said bye before anyone ended the call. Like I said empty and defensive responses and your first few paragraphs are getting old we know how long Nikki's has been around too bad you haven't been running it for that long so don't try to take credit. The sheer fact that you can spend this much time replying to customers rather trying to fix at the time says everything. Now they are making up lies too how sad and oh the typical blame it on covid tactic.
What a disappointment when you realise your complaint is being taken by the owner (theres been a change in owners no wonder) and all he wants to do is try to prove a point instead of resolving it to save a customer. Clearly reading the reviews this reaction is very consistent. What a shame I often tell freinds the pizza is good. What's the point when you have a defensive owner with no values around customer service. Even the empty responses by them below show that, just excuses and oblivious. I'm still shocked that the owner himself took my order and failed to be honest about anything and went ahead and charged for things I wasn't aware of. Oh and don't bother giving me some empty reply because I gave you the chance Over the phone and you were 'trying to get me to see it from your point of view'. My freinds and family will be hearing about this, bring the...
Read moreNo where on your website do you mention 'Halal Certified' nor on the menu... But yet you use the words 'ham, bacon and cabanossi'... Why should a Muslim customer need to call to confirm there are no pork products used in your pizza shop. Would it not make more sense to advertise it on your menu or on your advertising material. OH wait.. I forgot... You are afraid of losing that 2% of customers who would not buy your pizzas because they are Halal... Buddy... Wake up to yourself... I'm a Muslim and would not have walked in to your pizza shop if it wasn't for my niece who was adamant your pizzas were Halal. You would actually attract more customers if you labeled your pizzas (salt-cured beef) and (beef-rashes) not bacon or ham. You guys do make good pizzas, though it's shameful how you can't mention the word...
