1 star for an unbelievably nonsensical experience there.
There's a line, I line up and see a QR code saying "beat the queue order take away" ok cool, scan, order churros and coffees, process payment. Order status, churros cancelled, coffees cancelled. Need to wait in line to get to the counter.
Sorry, why was my order cancelled?
"Oh yeh sorry churros we don't do until after 2pm".
... So why on earth would you let people order it only to cancel and have to go through the process of issuing refunds. What about my coffee?
"Sorry I cancelled it by accident, can you order again?"
I check my account, no refund. I tell the girl I'm not ordering again when I've no proof of refund, they already had my money for the order they cancelled.
Can I get a receipt for the refund please because I can't see it in my account.
"Sorry we can't print receipts for refunds". And produces a receipt for the order.
Wait. So you take my money, cancel my order, and ask me to order again without proof of returning the money from the cancelled order. Sorry what you are doing is a) easily avoidable by simply making the item unavailable to order before 2pm and b) should be illegal that you do not provide proof of refund.

As a regular customer, I spent nearly $25 on three hot drinks, including the P/H surcharge. One of these drinks was a hot chocolate divided into two cups for my daughters. Unfortunately, one of the cups slipped from my daughter's hand and spilled, causing her to panic and become quite upset. I promptly apologized to the staff member and assisted in cleaning up the mess.
I then inquired if it would be possible for her to remake just half a cup to replace the spilled drink, as it was a simple accident. To my astonishment, her response was a firm no, stating it was not their mistake. Taken aback, I asked her to contact her manager. She spent 20 minutes on the phone speaking in an Asian language while I waited, and eventually turned to English, asking if I wanted to speak to her.
After that lengthy wait, I finally spoke to the so-called manager, who bluntly informed me that the situation was not their fault but mine, and they could not remake the drink. I expressed my dismay and informed her that I would be sharing my experience in a review, as I found the service quite...

Waiting in lines, dirty tables, wait staff donāt use trays or pick up everything dirty in one go nor take a cleaning cloth with them so I saw multiple times staff walking back and forth again and again to just clear a table and not even clean them.
Try using some service trays, invest in them, take a tray and clean cloth to the table, load all the dirty items in one fell swoop, wipe and bingo a table ready to go. The management here is lack luster to slack and Iād never come here again. I saw two lots of people sit down and once seeing the state of the place get up and go. If I was an owner Iād be is shock seeing any money walking out the door, especially with the rents they must have to pay to be in Mascot central shopping center.
