I feel repulsed that I even had to issue 1 star as they deserved none.

We ordered a chicken share meal & double otropo meal on a Wednesday night, and we were the only customers in store. Wait time was somewhat tolerable but not exactly reflective of the lack of customers in store.

After waiting over 20 mins for our food we went home to realise they had forgotten our chips. We called to let them know what happened (spoke with Andrew) and we were told to come in and pick them up and they would give us additional chips to make up for the inconvenience. We told them that by the time we get back to store and back in peak traffic the food will be cold and the guy agreed to re-make the food. We returned the previously made food, were given what we believed to be a new set of food only to get home to cold chips, and no additional chips for the stuff up. Highly unprofessional that I had to return to their store instead of them delivering and also rude that they didn't compensate us for their stuff up.

I came in on the 31st of May at around 4pm , I ordered a single bondi burger I asked the lady to give me extra avocado ontop ( I paid extra for btw ) anyways I walked back in to show her that there was no avocado asked nicely if she could please add in a little more as I did pay extra for she refused it and btw I was basically an everyday customer so I knew what the usual lot was . As I go to show the girl at the front their was barely avocado in which she could clearly see she turns around to ask the chef if she had put avocado in the chef says yes but the girl could see with her own eyes there was nothing and just gives me a weird look so I walked out . Had a great experience having an early lunch with my mom before we went shopping, I think there were only two workers but it was quite quiet. In the recipt it says Sarah served me, she was absolutely lovely, saying hello and asking how we were as soon as we walked in with a big smile. I needed some time to think and she was so accomodating, while we were sitting down we saw her interact with other customers with the same big smile. Good job to her please give that girl some recognition.
