One of the staff members, I believe her name is Shiv, has no customer service skills whatsoever. She didn’t even smile or acknowledge that I was standing for a while to make an order. She rudely asked another staff member to serve me instead and I think that was very wrong. Another employee walked in and said hi to her and she didn’t even respond to her own team member! Oporto, being a fast food restaurant, this girl had her hair out and that is a serious health concern if I’m ordering food. By working in customer service myself and also in a team, that was appalling. I hope she isn’t the manager there, because that is poor management and I can’t imagine how that staff member felt after their own peer didn’t...

The table was incredibly dirty when we arrived. I also ordered sauce, as I always do with my meal, but when I asked the girl at the counter, she told me that the meal didn’t come with sauce, which was odd because I’ve ordered the same thing many times before and it always includes sauce.

Then, my daughter accidentally dropped the sauce on the floor and started crying because she wanted more. I asked the girl if I could get extra sauce, and she said, “No, even if you pay, you can't have any more.” I was shocked, especially since I’ve never had an issue with getting extra sauce before.

I wasn't going to write this, but I told myself I will so here ya go i Racists. I placed my order well before others, yet people who came after me received the same order ahead of me. They only had one chicken machine, and when I asked how long it would take, the lady told me 20 minutes - that turned into 1 hour, then 2 full hours. They made me wait 2 hours for a single chicken.
