Very awful experience with the lady at the front. The lady working at the front does not have qualities to be working at customer service roles. While I was giving feedback of her behavior to the manager she was interrupting and talking at the back. Not sure if she is the owner or the employee but she should not be working at the front. She was rude and dismissive, I’m never going back there again purely based on customer service experience. I haven’t tasted the food yet, I hope the food is good at least.

I visited your store at around 01:30 PM and it wasn't busy at all as I was the only customer ordering while I saw the staff.
Another customer was behind me while I was making the payment and there was certainly no need for rush as I was about done.
The way she spoke was highly unprofessional and undesirable. Example of her attitude and behavior towards the customer: I did not realize that the fish sauce cost $0.10, when I asked her for extra soy sauce, she raised her voice and said "it's not free". I didn't asked for free but there is a way to communicate with the customers. She could say in a polite manner it will cost $0.10 and I would happily pay but he attitude and behavior was completely unacceptable.
There was multiple instance of rude behavior while my time at your shop for less than 5 minutes.
The food I ordered was good and my kids loved it (It was lunch for my kids) but I'm not coming back to your shop because of the attitude...
Read moreI solemnly swear that I will not eat sushi from anywhere else. Now that my Harry Potter references are out of the way, on with my review. As its been said many times before in different reviews before mine, this is place is amazing and its kind of hard to convey how great it is in a short review. I have an allergy to crustaceans and shellfish which makes me apprehensive towards eating seafood outside, as the mismanagement of knives and cutting boards could trigger an allergic reaction that would cause rashes and swollen lips. You can only imagine the dread that I felt when my then recent girlfriend chose this place for lunch. However, I can safely say that those feelings were entirely misplaced, after eating my meal a person who i presume was the manager (I still find it too awkward to ask) asked if everything was alright as I hadn’t finished a portion of my bento box. I told her that everything that I ate tasted great however, I had an allergy to certain kinds of seafood which made me apprehensive towards it and so I had intended to give it to my gf, but she was full so it was left uneaten. Upon hearing this the manager immediately began asking if there was anything that she could do since she felt bad that I had eaten so little. It has been years since this little encounter but it is one that I remember fondly and will continue to do so. Read moreWe regularly order from this place as it’s close to home. My daughter shouted lunch today and ordered $130 worth of food, including beef bulgogi rice bowl and various sushi’s. Unfortunately, all dishes with rice had the rice very undercooked. One of the sushi box was also tampered with (probably by the Uber driver) because a couple of pieces were missing because the sushi box was only 2/3 full. I can load the picture. It’s a shame as they usually are very good and Jenny (the owner even gives my daughter free seaweeds). I think they drop the ball with the rice and also has not protected the sushi box container that could be easily tampered by very few unscrupulous delivery driver.
