DO NOT GO TO THIS CAKE SHOP. They are so unprofessional and clearly do not know how to follow simple instructions. I had an absolutely shocking experience at this cake shop. Every single person here is so incredibly incompetent! I was tasked with the job of organising a cake for my friends gender reveal - and from the beginning of my experience at this shop, they were so incredibly unhelpful. They were telling me after multiple attempts of ordering the cake that they were unable to simply make a regular cake that they had but put coloured cream on the inside for the cake. After I finally settled on a plain vanilla cake with coloured cream on the inside & writing on the top, I was contacted 2 days before to advise that they couldn’t put writing on top unless it was an image that they could print. Organised this and went to pick up the cake, only to discover that the colour of the baby’s gender was splattered all over the top of the cake and coming through the sides of the cake. The worker attempted to fix this error, only to make things worse and my friend and her husband accidentally ended up finding out the gender of their first child in the cake shop due to do the workers inability to understand that she shouldn’t have shown them the cake with blue food colouring all over the...

Yesterday I came in and ordered a rainbow cake for my nephews birthday only to be greeted with the most dry faced worker. Teach her how to smile and greet people with respect, it's really not that hard!

Apart from that this is a place that me and my husband genuinely used to love getting cakes from up until yesterday! We ordered the cake took it to my sister in laws (this is approximately 1 hour later) as we were trying to cut through the cake it was hard. The kids started to call it a ice cream cake ! That's how frozen it was! It was flavourless like it's been in there for ages.

Few hours go by and everyone whose eaten from the cake are experiencing stomach cramps/ diarrhea this includes little kids! My daughter has woken up unwell today as well.

Seriously fix your workers attitude & your cakes. I can tell just by the reviews I'm not the first and I wish I never bought from this place. You guys not only embarrassed me and my husband but you also caused all these people to feel unwell. Seriously disgusting!!!

We are definitely not coming back, I'm not one to talk down on a business that's trying to do well or better but you clearly don't care so...

NOT WORTH YOUR MONEY!!!!!!!! I went in yesterday to buy a cake for my mother’s birthday, I purchased the blueberry cheesecake, when my family and I tasted it, we were disappointed with the quality of the cheesecake, this is by the far the worst cheesecake I have ever tried and purchased, this is not what you call a cheesecake, it was literally a whole slab of cream cheese which tasted very sour, there’s no flavour in it besides sour cream cheese and it was extremely patchy, I literally tasted a sour slab of cream cheese, it was terrible, the cheesecake was terrible, I’ve been to many cake shops before, and never have I and my family eaten a terrible cake before, this is the poorest quality of cakes I have seen. No one enjoyed the cheesecake at all, very disappointed in the quality of the cheesecake, such a waste of money and time. Definitely will not ever come...

When you order anything through a food courier company you never know how you will receive it. I was lucky, mum felt like cake and I tried the cake merchant. Normally I purchase through another cake franchise but sadly their prices are ridiculous and modifying a cakes appearance is wrong in my opinion. I ordered a Half Swiss Chocolate and half Bee sting cake…. What I got was what I considered the Ying and Yang of cake flavours. Chocolate was not sweet it was just right. Only criticism - sponge was a little dry. The honey taste of the bee sting cake was delicious and again not too sweet either, thankfully. I was happy that it was value for money in both size and half and half option Give them a try if you have one in your area. You won’t regret it

Ordered via uber eats, cake looks amazing. A little anxious after having read the reviews, but will update if taste doesn't match the look. Box was a little messy on the inside and would love to be able to order quarter cakes (even if that meant a smaller selection, and having to buy a whole "cake" worth of quarters, but am overall happy. Edit Cake tastes fine, seems fresh, can't see what the complaints are about (with my experience), am sorta worried that I am supporting people who are practising tax avoidance and enslave others (the owners are being charged over keeping a man as practically a slave) but the cookie cheese cake was good enough for ~ $37 for cake for 16-20 people or less than $2.31 per person.

These cakes are the most dull tasting cakes I’ve ever tried in my life! My two year old can make a better tasting cake out of sand!! The fruit cake with the custard and cream is SO FLAVOURLESS the custard inside has ice crystals in it and tastes watered down so I’m presuming your cakes aren’t fresh and are taken out of the freezer! The cream ontop tastes like thickened cream. Isn’t sweet has no flavour. That was actually a complete waste of money. The carrot cake was decent. But you didn’t include my “happy birthday” for my husbands cake.Won’t shop again and will be sure to let others know too. Would have been better off at the cheesecake shop Bankstown and they’re rubbish too
