Ali went above and beyond my expectations when my Uber order was sent out incorrectly as there were two orders with the same name. This is definitely an understandable error, but he made the effort to call me back even after the store had closed, made the order again, and personally organised the delivery outside of Uber services. Further, after stating a five minute wait, she took at least 15-20 minutes to make a single serve of the pancakes, leading me to get a parking ticket. Read moreThey have THE worst phone line in Sydney. When you call to palace an order, they tell you sorry ad line and that they have had this issue for a few weeks now. By them not attending to a matter like this reflects on the customer service they provide. I tried calling a few times over 2 days and I felt like calling someone oversea. Yes I can drive to the store and place an order and wait in the small shop to have my order ready, but it would be more convenient to place an order ahead so it can simply be picked up.
