Oporto Gregory Hills Drive Thru — Restaurant in Sydney

I recently visited Gregory Hills Oportos and was extremely disappointed with the level of customer service provided. The staff's attitude and lack of professionalism were shocking. It is clear that the team is in dire need of training, particularly in customer service and order management.

Firstly, the staff struggled to cater to basic customer needs, and there was no effort to ensure that orders were correct. A simple practice of repeating the order back to the customer could easily avoid such issues, yet this was not followed. This led to confusion and dissatisfaction.

Additionally, when I requested a bag for my strip burger meal, I was informed that there were no paper bags available. For a business of this scale, it's unacceptable not to have adequate resources to cater to customer needs.

What’s even more disappointing is that this seems to be an ongoing issue based on other reviews. Staff were inattentive, often distracted by their phones, which only added to the frustrating experience.

I would rate the customer service a 1 out of 10. I hope the owner takes note of these recurring issues and implements the necessary changes to improve customer experiences. Until then, I would advise potential customers to be prepared for poor service and...

A complete disappointment, not once but twice. Bought two chilli cheese chips for $18.50 from their Drive thru a week ago for kids, got back home and found they were half full. I ended up writing an email to their complaint platform. They asked for pics which I didn’t have. So I went back again yesterday bought two boxes assuming previous one could have been just once off mistake, got back home, the boxes were half again. I had an absolutely amazing experience at this restaurant! From the moment I walked in, the staff were warm, welcoming, and attentive. The ambiance was cozy and inviting — perfect for a relaxed meal or a special night out.
