Thai Paragon delivered an experience that combined authentic flavours, generous portions, and beautifully presented dishes.

We began with the Herby Duck, where roasted duck was chopped and tossed with Thai herbs, chilli, and lime dressing, then served on crisp baby cos lettuce leaves. Fresh, tangy, and full of flavour, it was the perfect appetiser to set the tone.

The Stir-Fried Prawns in Lemongrass Sauce turned out to be the spiciest dish of the evening. The aroma of chopped lemongrass paired with seasonal vegetables, Thai herbs, and a light drizzle of coconut milk created a dish that was both fiery and refreshing.

From there, the Thai Paragon Fried Rice showcased why it’s a signature item on the menu. Fragrant rice stir-fried with egg, herbs, and their homemade sauce, then topped with three chargrilled king prawns. Each spoonful carried a depth of flavour, while the prawns added a smoky richness.

The Tom Yum Po-Taek, a chef’s recommendation, was everything you want in a Tom Yum soup – hot, sour, and deeply aromatic. Infused with lemongrass, galangal, kaffir lime leaves, dried chillies, mushrooms, tomatoes, and mixed seafood, it was hearty and incredibly satisfying.

Finally, the highlight of the evening was the Three Flavour Barramundi. A whole deep-fried barramundi, perfectly crisp on the outside and tender inside, topped with a sweet tamarind and chilli sauce. The addition of pineapple, lychee, cashews, vegetables, and stir-fried bok choy elevated the dish to something truly special – bold, balanced, and perfect for sharing.

For those looking for authentic, vibrant, and well-executed Thai food in Sydney’s southwest, this restaurant is a must-visit. Every dish felt carefully crafted, full of flavour, and served in generous portions – the kind of meal you’ll want to...

A stunning newcomer that has swiftly become the go to spot for authentic Thai cuisine in Gregory Hills.

From the moment you walk in, the modern decor and warm ambience make you feel like you're entering a welcoming yet elegant dining sanctuary. The team exudes genuine friendliness, offering attentive, effortless service that elevates the entire experience.

The menu dazzles with both beloved classics and inventive chef specials. Highlights include:

Massaman Beef - rich, fragrant, and melts in your mouth (My favourite!!)

Pad Thai King Prawns - a perfect harmony of sweet, savory, and tangy

Soft Shell Crabs in Yellow Curry - indulgent and crisp—a must for seafood lovers

Chicken Green Curry - delectable that balance bold Thai spices with rich creaminess

It’s clearly made waves and not just for its food. A finalist in the 2025 Camden Local Business Awards, it’s earned its reputation not just as a place to eat, but a community favourite.

In short, Thai Paragon Gregory Hills delivers an exceptional culinary journey, from appearance and atmosphere to taste and service. If you're craving balanced spice, fresh ingredients, and a warm setting, make this your next dinner destination.

I would Highly recommend anyone reading this review to stop by and give it a try, you will not be disappointed!

Thanks guys, from the...

Thai Paragon in Gregory Hills is an absolute gem and a must-visit for any Thai food lover. Without a doubt, this is some of the best Thai cuisine I’ve ever had the pleasure of tasting. Each dish is a masterpiece, bursting with authentic flavors that transport you straight to the heart of Thailand.

The customer service is nothing short of exceptional. The staff go above and beyond to make you feel welcomed and cared for, adding a warm personal touch to your dining experience. Ask for Hippie and he will addd that personal touch of elegance to your visit. The ambiance is equally impressive, with a beautifully designed space that perfectly balances modern elegance and traditional Thai charm.

If you live in the area or even slightly beyond, this restaurant should be at the very top of your list. Whether it’s for a casual dinner, a celebration, or just a treat-yourself night, Thai Paragon delivers a truly unforgettable experience. Highly...

We visited this Thai restaurant after seeing some decent reviews online, but unfortunately, our experience didn’t match the hype. I ordered the Chilli Basil Fried Rice, and it was honestly one of the most disappointing dishes I’ve had in a while. It lacked flavour, had no salt, and the rice was still grainy with visible white grains—clearly not properly fried. It felt rushed and poorly executed. My partner’s beef dish was just about edible, but nothing to write home about. We raised the issue with the staff, but instead of making any real effort to fix the dish, they just tossed it back into a pan and served it again on a different plate. No improvement in taste whatsoever. It felt like they didn’t care. Overall, a really underwhelming experience. We won’t be returning.
