Oven Lovin Pizzeria — Restaurant in Sydney

Just terrible pizza. I normally don’t bother with reviews but the pizzas were so bad I thought it’s important to let other potential customers know what they’re buying. I ordered 3 pizzas for delivery and one was burn’t to a crisp, one was very soggy, and one was advertised as having caramelised onion but for the third time in a row used raw onion instead. I always try and support local businesses but I’m so disappointed in the lack of quality and false advertising if you’re no longer going to use premium products like caramelised onion and choose to cut corners instead by using much cheaper options like raw onion - time to update your listings and ensure your delivery driver has some semblance of customer service and not violently shake our front door on delivery when there’s a door bell right in front of them. Was looking for a new local pizzeria to support and stumbled upon this gem.

The owner was more than happy to accommodate a family of 6 with no booking, such amazing service.

The food was next level, we ordered 4 kids meals - the pasta was and I quote my children here "the best pasta they have ever had" and they cleared their plates. They even asked if we wanted sausage out into the kids spaghetti Bolognese. The kids meals also come with ice cream or a cookie and juice. Well worth it.

My wife and I ordered a half n half - a garlic and prawn pizza and the "bee sting" which was a pepperoni and salami pizza with honey drizzled over it. Absolutely beautiful - and the kicker being you can order them on 18 inch bases.

After a terrible experience with this place about a year ago when they said they would deliver our pizza in 40mins and instead took over 2 hours, delivering it at 10pm, we regrettably decided to give them a second chance. Unfortunately we had an equally terrible experience. They told us we could pick-up our pizza in 40mins, but when I got there they hadn’t even started it. They said they were running 10 mins behind, when in fact I waited an additional 35mins in the restaurant. Common courtesy would be to call to tell me they were running behind or for the owner, who was working there at the time, seeing me waiting for so long, come to apologise. Neither of these occurred, I would not recommend them, because the pizza is not...
