A very solid local Thai restaurant for both dine in and takeaway. Great spot for a quick solo lunch or dinner too. Nine times out of ten I’ll get one of their noodle dishes which are typically very generously sized. For a light eater, you might even have leftovers for lunch the next day, but I always finish the whole dish! I’ve been coming here for more than five years and over that time I have noticed the portion sizes can very rarely be inconsistent, but for the most part they’ve been a solid and reliable casual local restaurant. I can’t fault their food or their cooking, so for this reason I’m still giving them 5 stars and I also believe in supporting local businesses. Little inconsistencies shouldn’t be held against restaurants since we all have our off days! Their salads, curries and other Thai classics are...

I had an amazing dining experience at ChaRice Noodlebar! From the moment I walked in, the vibrant atmosphere welcomed me, filled with the aroma of delicious spices and a blend of cultures.

The menu offered a fantastic variety of dishes, and I couldn’t resist trying their signature rice noodles. They were perfectly cooked, bursting with flavor, and beautifully presented. Each bite was a delightful experience, especially paired with their homemade sauces.

What stood out most was the friendly and attentive staff. They went above and beyond to ensure my visit was enjoyable, offering recommendations that were spot on.

If you’re looking for a unique culinary adventure in a warm and inviting setting, I highly recommend ChaRice Noodlebar. I can’t wait to return and explore more...

We have been here on many occasions and have always found the quality of the food to be excellent.

I have tried a lot of the dishes on the menu and they all stack up well against local competitors.

The service can be hit and miss, the staff don’t seem particularly well trained in service and you have to work hard to get their attention at times.

On the last visit despite spending over $100 on food they charged us .50c for a takeaway container for my friend, whilst I get that the containers cost them money it seemed a bit petty given the amount that we had spent.

I’m sure that we will probably go back at some point but the poor service and petty charges have put me...

This is the best Thai restaurant on the Northern Beaches. The flavours are well balanced, the food is fresh and seasonal and dishes are generous in size. JL and Ployd are the owners and they go above and beyond to make all customers feel welcome. Their staff are very efficient too. I have lived in the beaches for more than 25 years and this restaurant knows how to give great service. Prices are very reasonable and it’s BYO. Highly recommend this restaurant
