Crust Pizza Newport — Restaurant in Sydney

Never will go there again had a bad exprerience. on the long easter weekend visited this place and ordered a pizza. Was told to wait 25mins which Idid not mind and observed the staff making a pizzas. They were so many staff hanging around still no service. The girls/lady at the cash till was very rude . No hygiene. the staff making pizzas were using same gloves to handle cooked meat and uncooked veges. The would make a pizza then touch a dirty looking rag used to wipe the cash register than continue to make the pizza....Any way after the wait i was given the wrong pizza, Drove all the way home and back again to change it. Was told will take another 25minutes to make it. The manager was so inefficient and incompetent. He should have taken action to rectify this but waited around asking his assistant which was stupid. , Asked for a full refund which I got by the way there is a 20percent surcharge on the pizza . Never going to recommend the crust...

Absolutely horrible if I could I’d give zero stars, I had the same meal at the lane cove store and it was so much better the lane Cove store had bigger serving of Bolognese practically in a large takeaway bowl and the cheesy garlic bread was overloaded with cheese which was excellent and the Bolognese also had more cheese in the new for store. Picture included is a cheesy garlic bread from the Newport store which practically has zero cheese the lane Cove store had their cheesy garlic bread covered in cheese I will not return until they make their meals like the Lane Cove store. I will definitely be returning to Lanco store next time....

Never been treated so poorly in my life. The manager and the second manager do not know any customer service whatsoever. Condescending, and entitlement is super high.

Saw the same guys also treating the Uber Staff poorly. Do they know that Uber drivers are also their customers? I don’t think so.

I will never ever come back to this place. Also not everybody there was wearing masks of if they were it was on their chin. So what’s the point?

Anyway I’m sure is not all staff is bad, but there are 2 guys there(manager) and probably the second manager, they seemed to get the title way over...
