Panivore — Restaurant in Sydney

I recently discovered an incredible cafe in Pagewood called Panivore, conveniently located near my work. They serve specialty Mecca coffee that’s consistently excellent, along with guest beans on batch brew from Melbourne. Their food is amazing, and the sandwich, batch brew, and canelé combo is simply perfect!

The service is outstanding—the staff are super friendly, and the whole place radiates a welcoming, neighborhood vibe where everyone seems to know each other. Panivore has been around for a while and feels like a staple in the community.

The cutest discovery in the Pagewood neighbourhood. Looks like a family run business with attentive staff and a healthy breakfast option.

I ordered the chia porridge that came in a cup and served cold, a decent sized banana loaf followed by a medium sized flat white.

My daughter ordered the açai bowl and a bottle of juice. Must have been good because she ate the lot. And she doesn’t usually eat much.

I thought my porridge was a bit over priced for the size- because I was expecting a more generous size at $14.

In a city where premium espressos are a little hit/miss, Tash, Tri, Choey and the guys hit every single time, and this Ethiopian single-o is absolutely no exception… and then there’s the food: premium options all the way, the difference being the love that is put in, the magnificent granola (roasted on-site) a perfect case example, and if that’s not enough: Bella and all the staff give the friendliest, most accommodating and heartfelt service of any similar vendor.
