I had a very disappointing experience with one of the baristas this morning ,a man with glasses. When I came to collect my coffee, I couldn’t clearly hear him call out the order, so I politely asked, “Is this the large flat white?” Instead of simply confirming, he shook his head in a very disrespectful and passive-aggressive way and replied with an emotional tone, “That’s why I put it in front of you.” Even after I walked away, he continued to act dismissively. I was given a voucher to attend one of the sourdough classes with my daughter. It was fantastic! Learned where I was going wrong with my home baking and have since made several loaves and all have turned out spot on. If you like sourdough bread and want to make your own, then it’s worth doing one of their classes first. Awesome quality foods and coffee,their mocha mix is the bomb, taste like cocoa/coffee straight off the mocha tree that only grows in the jungles of Samoa, real taste real flavor.
