Saturday breakfast used to be great! Dr Shakshuka eggs were amazing and everything was wonderful. Runny yolks and rich, smooth tomato sauce.
Then... the dude who cooks the food changed and... well... it's just disappointing. Overcooked eggs, like yolks turning green level of overcooked. Crumbly and dry. Smooth tomato sauce has become more of a dry, crisp, tomatoey paste. No matter how many times we ask for them to be cooked less, they come the same. Hard and awful.
Sometimes a lovely young lady cooks them and they are much better, but mostly they're a devestating disappointment. I guess I should change my order, but when they're good, they're so good!
