My first time in Salisbury Hotel and I left the place with a really good impression. It was Monday night, a lot of people were there, most of them families. I understood later the reason of so many families: Meal Deals, Monday is Two for one or half price meals. Interesting that each day of the week have the special deals. My table with 4 people ordered Pork Ribs. We were expecting maybe + 30 min to get the meals due the amount of customers, however, we got all the meals around 20 min later, good point. The ribs were delicious, so soft, juicy (divine), the salad and potatoes were so tasty, nothing negative. Well done Chefs! The staff so friend, the tables were clean, the floor. The entire place is very cozy, so easy to spend hours with the friends and family. Definitely it's a place that I am going to visit again.

Smart pub with fun feel to it. Pub under new ownership so things improving. Coffee excellent. This is a lovely pub which has a dining area with booths and a main bar with TV’s, a casual area near the dining room a nice courtyard. So four distinct areas. Main bar service is excellent and on Wednesdays it runs drag bingo. The food is pub food but not great. If the food could get to the same standard as the pub itself it would be awesome! When food comes really quickly you know it’s pre heated! Good place for families average cost of main $18-20. Drinks reasonable price. Friendly staff good range of beer. Good crowd. Toilets clean, plenty of parking around streets. We had chicken pies, peas and mash Pitza and some chips. The open fire in winter is really great. Love your local guide-M❤️

The renovations looks complete with a great new airy space, kids club/area inside & a vintage brew truck in the beer garden! It's quirky yet fits in perfectly with the new space with exposed timber, recycled bricks & steel framed doors. Love it! There is also a kids club on Mondays & Fridays and the truck will keep kids young and old occupied. Love the updated menu also, which all sound delicious with a mix of traditional pub fare & new, fusion dishes. The Sunday Feast is delicious & generous, and brings back the tradition of gathering with family friends on a Sunday for a long lunch. Laze around for a great meal and drinks, especially boutique beers. Such a lovely revival of a local institution with a great community vibe.

I was pleasantly surprised by The Salisbury when I stopped in for lunch with my partner today. We weren’t expecting anything special but we’re amazed by the seemingly unlimited options and variety on offer here. I ordered a Herbivore Burger and my partner had one of the Chefs Lunch specials, the Pulled Pork Burger ($18!!!) and we were both in absolute awe. The Herbivores house made falafel patty was sensational, as was the Pulled Pork Burger. The staff were absolutely amazing and you could tell they were passionate about the venue. I would highly recommend The Salisbury to anyone, a must visit if you’re in the area, way better than a lot of other Inner West pubs!

This venue is very popular. We arrived at 1pm on a Sunday without a booking and were very lucky to get a table. The main dining area has a large outdoor section and an indoor area with booths. The food is expensive for an inner west pub and unfortunately for us slightly disappointing. The burger was luke warm and the pizza very soggy in the middle, so much so you had to use cutlery to eat it. There are plenty of beer, wine & cocktails available and they have live music from 3pm on Sunday which is a great way to finish your weekend. This venue is also open for breakfast, I look forward to sampling the breakfast menu alongside a Bloody Mary.

We spent a great Fathers Day lunch at the Salisbury Hotel. We were able to sit in the garden and enjoy the amazing weather. The service was great....a free schooner of beer for Dad and an apple crumb pie to finish off our meal (apple crumb was on the house!!) Dad felt super special on his day. 5 stars would have been appropriate but the menu was a bit limited. The menu has changed since it first opened....which was amazing and very diverse. Hopefully the menu will change with the warmer months....hopefully some yummy salads! we will definitely be going back...the vibe and service are too good to pass up.
