I hosted my 50th birthday at Peachtree on 1 December and just want to give my feedback .
Food was delivered on time as agreed upon The place was adequate space for us Food quality has dropped massively compared from my previous experience . The meat (beef) was not cut thinly hence not soft enough to eat I noticed food left over on the plate of some of my guests .
the AC is not working well it was too hot in our area I spoke to one of the staff in the ordering area and she just nodded her head that someone will fix it but no one has turned up to fix the AC and some of my guest are literally sweating which is kinda embarrassing for me as I couldnāt help them but to just report the problem but no one cares amongst the staff. Also the plates are not enough my guests is only half way getting the food when we run out of plates and one of my guest ask to replace it which was replaced but we were only given a smaller plates than what was originally served to us my question is shouldnāt you be aware as to how many guests I booked ? I asked the staff if I can get a bigger size plate as I donāt want my guest to feel that they are limited to what they can put on their plate but again I was just ignored Another thing is I am not happy with the quantity of food served Iāve been to several functions here this year as few of my friend had their birthdays here and I took exactly similar package from what they got but there was a big change from food inclusion and itās not only that but the actual quantity is lesser or smaller serve as well. But the price is definitely higher this time . I understand the inflation but if you put up the price and you also deduct the food inclusion why do you have to make the serving less as well ? That is a big rip off for the customer and double nurse if you can call it. Itās just wrong. Iām happy to pay the higher price you put on but at east show the food quantity and quality is enough. Another thing was I wasnāt provided a cake table and gift table as agreed upon I have to ask the staff for it soon as I arrived before they actually provide it in the middle of my other guests whoās already arrived we have to set up the said table. They are not ready for my event and couldnāt care less. I am fully paid anyway and unpaid $55 each guests i booked total of 43 guests but 5 kids amongst them. After the event I emailed the function staff about my feedback so to give them chance to explain to me why it happened and I send feedback to the website but all those were ignored and none of the staff get back with me for a reply at least hence Iām putting up this bad review for them for future client reference .
Once they get your money thatās it the service and communication stops there.
Overall my experience didnāt go well and I donāt think will do another function here and will NOT recommend...

We were playing a machine together , but told to get out as 2 to a machine . We are in our 50ās , we explained we are playing together , your staff said I donāt care get out , but a young group of 6 males , big built they walked straight past , are you kidding . We were standing in the corner, blocking nothing and again your staff member said get out . I went to the bar in there , was waiting to be served , I was told if your not ordering get out , I turned and said that man right there beside me was first , no apology, she just looked at me . So many others in there were complaining. But it seemed your staff single out the older ones and leave the younger ones alone . Your staff really need to learn manners , absolutely disgusting attitudes . If youāre worried about how many people are in there , hereās a thought make the room bigger . We left and went to the panthers and the service was fantastic , spent our money somewhere else . Maybe send your staff to get trained by them ⦠will not be back . I have been visiting Peach tree for years and enjoyed their wide range selection of food specifically the ones catering towards dietary requirements. The new menu has stripped that minimum selection which I only found out upon entering around 7:20 pm with my partner who eats anything and when inquiring with a member of staff what options were left for me that cater to my specific health needs as I really wanted to eat there they recommended two plates I canāt have due to lactose/dairy and other by products or a salad that also included by products which was indirectly insulting as they were very blunt and dismissive when communicating to patrons and most people donāt enjoy being offered only a salad as an alternative by a place that says their āinclusiveā. Will never again enter this place I used to love so much and has changed a lot. The staff also requires training in empathy and general food/health knowledge when it comes to allergies or diets as itās dangerous for them to not know after being informed by someone what dishes do or do not contain something that can harm them physically internally or externally as that is an incident...
