I'm not hugely into writing reviews unless something really stands out as above and beyond amazing or I have a really, really poor experience. But I've felt compelled for a while to write a positive review of my regular experience at this place. I've become a bit of a drive through regular and can say that 9 times out of 10, the customer service in the drive through is pretty great. Whoever has been in the window has been really friendly and articulate over the intercom and at the window, and working in customer service myself for years, I know that there can be a really mixed bag when it comes to employee service. Most of the time the service is pretty speedy, with the only exception being peak periods when the car line up is really long, but I imagine making so many different coffees to order in a drive through would be pretty stressful and that's no fault of the staff. Only reason I deducted 1 star was an occasion a while ago when I got a hot chocolate for my young daughter and ended up getting a half drunk cold coffee that was obviously just one of the staff members and accidentally given to me by mistake. It was during Covid times so it was kinda stressful to have an 8 year old on a caffeine hit and drinking from a lid that someone else had put their mouth on. Then when I went back, the guy gave a vague apology and just sort of pushed a free drink coupon at me. Read moreDrive through is always lined up around the corner onto the road, I have waited half an hour multipul times. They should have drinks or quick food available only through drive through. You wait forever for people to have their food toasted. Also some of the staff don't know the menu saying they don't something I order all the time and charge me more for something they have to "make up". Then the next day I order my usual and get it no problem back to a dollar cheaper. They also usually put the caramel or chocolate drizzle on the cream and when they don't they get huffy for handing it back and asking for it. Not my fault guys! Consistency goes a long way and I don't appreciate having to wait so long for people to get food toasted. Especially when I have a baby in the car getting stressed we aren't moving for half an hour! Waiting patiently at your drive through for 10min with no answer from you order box , no cars waiting in the drive move thru either so went to your window and asked if there was a problem with your order machine only to be responded with a dirty look and and jester to wait .called over your other working and was told WE drive off ? What ! Excuse me really , asked for manger who was actually nice however the response by the staff was disgusting and completely uncalled for.
EDIT : I have been back a few more times since leaving this review and have also been served by the staff reflected in past review, I can say I have noticed a difference customer service and have not had any negative experience since ( been back 10x since) .
