Pizza Hut Mortdale — Restaurant in Sydney

I was quite disappointed by the service that I got when I ordered my dinner from pizza-hut Mortdale. The pizza was ok but the wings i got were not standard enough to serve to people as they didn’t have any coatings(they were just dipped in oil that’s it) even though I ordered different one🥹🤬.And same with the drink choices, they never have the one that we mention in our order, they just dump whatever they have left in their fridge. I was about to return them to store but the store was closed at that time. I will never order it again...

We ordered chicken wings with buffalo sauce and few other sides. Everything else was good except for the wings and the customer service. Whether it was seasoning, chicken or sauce itself but it had a bad smell and taste. We called them up on the situation to inform, the girl on the phone was immature and rude. We didn't expect any refunds or foods, we were concerned about the food safety issues. The customer service was not professional enough.

I hope they hire good professionals next time...

Would like to rate 0 star if there's an option. My order pick up time is 6:30pm, been waiting since then and after 30mins still not ready. I went home for dinner with something else and came back at 8:15pm to pick up, staff told me my order still not ready. They said my order has been picked up by someone else and will start cooking my order at 8:20pm. I got no notification about this at all prior to my second pickup. Not acceptable and asked for a refund. Worst experience ever and won't order from...
