Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Sydney

I ordered delivery, but like the previous time, items were missing. The delivery driver realised this and said they would return the missing items later. Hours passed, and I tried to call the store. Again, like previously, the store did not pick up the phone, so I contacted Pizza Hut customer service instead to notify the store.

It is the next day, and the missing items have yet to be delivered to me (although they did deliver them last time when they also forgot my items). The store has not called me back. They do not seem to care at all.

No partial refunds were provided either. I have lodged a formal complaint with the customer service team about this situation.

Update: The complaint incident with Pizza Hut has been left ignored for a month. I needed to do a partial...

This is a really disappointing pizza hut store. I've ordered here on multiple occasions and there is never consistency in the quality of the pizzas. One time it came extremely overcooked (so the pizza base was very dry and tough to eat) and they always seem to mess up my order one way or another.

Last night I had guests over and the pizzas came extremely late (20mins past ETA) and they messed up the order (again) and forgot to give me my Hersheys brownie. And again they put the wrong toppings on the pizzas we ordered... Its very frustrating when I have guests over!

I don't recommend ordering at this pizza hut store. Especially if you have a bigger order and you're expecting guests. If you're lucky they'll get your order right and cook...

I haven't had good experience at Hoxton Park Pizza Hut (next to KFC). Last night I ordered five large pizzas for a family of five adults and two children over the counter.. . After waiting for 25 mins . The order was brought out..

The lady said "the pizza is a bit burnt around the crust but it's fresh and if you want to change it there's another 20 mnt wait!!. Thinking its only affected one pizza, I wasn't going to wait another minute and brushed it off.. Arriving home, a ten minute drive away and about to eat, I soon discoverd that All the pizzas were affected "BURNT"...

Hoxton Park Pizza Hut on Cowpasture Road either gives me burnt pizza or cold pizza..

I Would Not Recommend That Pizza Hut To Anybody ..
