Worst customer experience ever!!! Rude and unpolite attitude towards paying customers. I would never recommend anyone the Seven hills pizza hut.
For sure, I will never ever go to that pizza hut again.
I am on a strict dietary restriction and try to avoid all non-veg products in my foods. This happened to me today.
I stepped into pizza hut sevenhills and selected a veggie loaded paneer and fries. As I know through my friends earlier that pizza hut is always using chicken salt in their fries, I specifically mentioned the girl who has taken my order( she seems to an Indian) add only normal salt, if not no salt at all. And I paid and while I was waiting after 10- 15 minutes, the same girl who has taken my order came out and told me that the veggie loaded panner has garlic aioli drizzling over may contain eggs in it( she was not even sure at first, went inside and confirmed 2 times).
I was totally unaware of it and disappointed at first(since I had garlic aioli from other restaurants which was made out of only olive oil, garlic and lemon( no eggs in it)). If she would mentioned it while taking my order I wouldnt have ordered it. I would simply cancel my whole order and went outside to any other nearby shops for some good pure veg options.
So, as no sauce was added at that time, keeping my disappointment aside, I asked her then to change the sauce to any other vegan or pure veg sauce. She replied me that there will not be any change or swapping of any sauce toppings at all. If you dont want the sauce you can avoid the sauce but no swap with other vegan or veg sauce. That was totally unacceptable to me. As I paid for the order without knowing the true contents I was not asking for any other new favour.
I was literally wondered. How much they are drizzling as the sauce toppins? One or two pumps or to max 3 pumps, isnt it? How much would it cost to them? 50 cents or a dollar... I still dont get what is not the point of changing the sauce topping as it is not costing them anything at all. It was not I am asking for all whole bunch of new things in my order, just a swap of 1 or 2 pumps of topping sauce with another one.
The girl was simply justifying her fault with me and then came the store in charge to support her.
I am wondering these are the kind of people who is tarnishing the total value of customer experience from a reputed food chain like pizza hut. That store incharge was really rude and arrogant and was not ready to accept the fault of his staff. What I realised that shop (pizza hut seven hills) is not running for customers, they have an attitude as if... this is how we are, if you want anything come and get your order(as if we are fed on their mercy), otherwise simply shut your mouth and go out. We dont value you as a paying customer.

It was NOT COOKED. It was like I was eating a dough. UNCOOKED. A VERY BIG DISAPPOINTMENT. Then tried to call them many times. It doesn't get connected. I took the pizza to the shop. I went there and I was complaining about what was wrong. The staff told that it looks 'Cooked' and another one(thin crust one) was properly cooked? I told that. I have brought the pizza which has a problem. The staff called their manager. I told the complain once again. And he was explaining that 'it is not necessary that everyone would like the base'. ' But man the base was not cooked'. Another question from his end was that ' Edges of the pizza was cooked right?' Undelivable. He picked every wrong question. I told him to try the pizza which I have brought back to him. He asked me to make another thin crust pizza. I said ok. And I asked him why is call not getting connected to your shop. And he told. It is a call center problem. He can't help with it. He didn't wanted to take any responsibility. I told him I don't want any pizza. How can you refund the money? He couldnot help with that also. Pizza Hut people are only after money, no quality and no service. Customer service attitude is worst. And cost of the pizza is so high. No value for money. ...
Read moreI never gave bad reviews for any service to anyone but today their attitude and language forced me to put it in everyone s note , Last to last Tuesday we odered two pizza, one get one free and my friend asked them to put little extra sauce, so little mean little. but one of there staff i thinks they must have put my paneer pizza just dip in sauce , i can’t explain we trusted and took oder and went home , and we open that , seriously we was shocked it seemed like syrupy pizza just sauce and sauce. We thought thats ok humans can make mistakes And last Tuesday yesterday we went there again and i was just explaining to reception man that this is what happened, even i was n not complaining just explaining so to get today good pizza but he was so much of i don’t know what to say, but full attitude and said you should check your pizza before you take it home and i was like seriously he wasn’t listening, infront of so many people i felt embarrassed of the way he cut my talk and just said this .
We ordered pickup and went away after 15 mint we picked up order and guess what i didn’t say extra this time but sauce on paneer one was same and we thrower it and decided to never come there. Human can make mistakes but humans accept their mistakes too and learn from them too and at least nit be so so defensive and say anything.
