Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Sydney

There is no option to give negative stars, else would have done that. Heavily disappointed by unprofessional attitude and lacklustre behavior of the boys running this Pizza Hut outlet.

I gave a 6:45 PM pickup order at 6 PM. My wife was there at the outlet at 6:40 PM for our order of 3 vegetarian pizzas, which were not ready till 7 PM, so she had to wait. After which the outlet staff informed her that they are taking time, as they burned a pizza from my order. We had some guests waiting at home, so she was obviously very late. Eventually, when our order got completed at 7:10 PM, the big hearted outlet Manager give her the burned pizza too, which she promptly refused.

However, our horror hadn't ended yet. My wife hurried home, since our guests were waiting for long, we opened the pizza boxes and saw that pizzas weren't those we had ordered. Infact they had given us non-vegetarian pizzas. We are strict vegetarians and religiously follow it. So, we again took back the pizzas to the outlet and showed them to the outlet Manager, who instead of being apologetic, started smirking on our face. On asking reason, he just mumbled few inaudible words.

Ultimately, we had our originally ordered pizzas in our hands at around 8:15 PM, more than 2 hours after the order was placed. The outlet manager in the end started with excuses which were incomprehensible. And childishly requested us not to speak with anyone at Pizza Hut customer service.

We had similar experience with Pizza Hut outlet at Eastwood too about a week ealier when we were visiting a friend's place. There the delivery boy got into a heated argument with our host.

I preferred Pizza Hut over other pizza delivery services but these negative experiences have now forced me to refrain for ordering from it. People employed at these outleys are ruining brand equity of the global chain. And I am not going back there again. I had never had such experience anywhere. I can't be sure how things might be in order hygienically inside the outlet with such staff managing them. As these commercial outlets do not work on serving any great food but a quick solution to your hunger, which is time bound.

We have been ordering from Pizza Hut from quite some years now but this time it was different and and the experience for the food and the response from the staff was way different than what was expected and experienced rude behavior from the staff. We have ordered today two pizza for delivery today on 9th June 2021. One pizza was veggie sensation and other was chicken supreme pizza from Pizza Hut top Ryde. Upon arrival we saw that the veggie sensation dint have any veggies and only pineapple and tomatoes while the chicken supreme was no way comparable . Initially we thought there might have been order mixed up and my brother rang up the store to confirm. The staff informed to send pictures to confirm and we did so, immediately another staff member called and said that “veggies might have gone under the cheese while baking” ... and he also said “chicken is very costly than veggies” and that he could see lot of chicken added and he saved he added free of cost, while we never mentioned anything about chicken as we know what a chicken supreme pizza looks and tastes as we have ordered multiple times from Pizza Hut. The staff was not even apologizing nor accepting the fact that it was wrong pizza or different pizza. @pizza hut we are not here to claim another pizza or money back, at-least value the customers and accept if anything wrong so that you have customer retention and smooth customer experience. Treat your customers right way in a respectable Manner. If don’t have consistency in your store as per Pizza Hut standards then at-least make sure you mention your own menu in your store. It’s such a shame on Pizza Hut with the franchise you are running!! We never had bad experience from Pizza Hut but the store at West Ryde is the one off the worst I have experienced. I ordered on the 29th via Uber eats. Once the order has been placed order has been canceled. I called main number staff tried to contact the local top Ryde number and said their number is busy. Rang again to main number mention postcode this time an Indian guy pick the phone refused to accept my order. Time 0945. Website clearly states store closes at 1100 pm. I ask him Eastwood store detail he refused. When I ask his name again refused. When mentioned is it legal to refuse to provide name WHILE you are on duty his answer I don't care.
