+Pros, overall great experience. Perfect for cheap yet high quality meals. Come with family and friends for a polished and enjoyable causal dining experience. Here's some additional information:
*Affordable and good quality meals. The food is well-cooked and the ingredients are fresh and well-prepared. Customer service is great, especially since the restaurant manager has great customer relationship skills. Same applies to all other staff members. Plating, cutlery and serviettes are large enough for cleaning hands and eating food in plate. Forks and knives have simple, yet user friendly designs. Easy to use and nice to look at. Design of the shop is simple and aesthetic ally pleasing to look at. A mix of wooden and white texture surfaces creates a simple yet polished feel to the place. Additionally visual artifacts including the lighting and table surfaces have unique add on design elements including a electronic NFC system for ordering meals and light systems with a fabricated cover around it.
-Cons, not many negative experiences. Just a few hiccups and improvements need to be made:
*A bit noisy. Most of the restaurant is pleasant to enjoy with family and friends. But at the back of the restaurant, next to the toilets, there's a kids play area. As you can guess, this age group is between 7-15 years. So they can be pretty active. Though for most of the meal they were mostly quiet. So it really depends I guess on the kids. Suggestion is get sound proof barriers around the play area so others can enjoy meals. Possible idea
Roofing is bland. I was sitting down and I could see pipes sticking out on the top of the ceiling. Suggestion is to cover with a simple paint design like wooden brown to make it pleasing to look at.
Diversify menu. Meals are nice. However the vegan meal is bit short listed. No vegan style drinks. For example, for the pasta dishes, there is no banana or strawberry smoothies to go with. All of the drinks are either high in sugar or are healthy but not suitable for certain dishes. These include the cold jug style drinks and tea/coffee drinks. Also, use more extensive sauces and add-on items. Lack of sauces and add-ons to enhance dishes, particularly meat, dessert and pasta style dishes. Should include avocado, tomato, pineapple, strawberries, dumplings, pork buns, meatballs, Mexican dipping sauce or other...
Read moreFamilies with ALLERGIES BEWARE! In this restaurant their manager – Amin, and his staff are not aware of the contents of the food they serve to customers, they are NOT trained in food safety, and after they put your loved ones' health and life at risk, they avoid all responsibility and ignore you completely. On 15 December 2023 Amin, one of his waitresses and kitchen staff - all misinformed us about the food they recommended to order for my 5-year-old son who is ANAPHYLACTIC to egg. Even after I told the staff at least 3 times that we are anaphylactic to egg, we were offered a garlic pizza for a main and churros for a dessert - as a 'safe' option. 30 min into our dinner my son developed symptoms of anaphylaxis and we left the restaurant on an ambulance. During the time that paramedics were attending to my son just outside Rashays restaurant, the restaurant manager has not once come up to us, nor apologised, nor acknowledged the mistake or even checked on us or offered any assistance. He just kept serving other customers like no emergency was happening right amongst it. When I approached him, he continuously kept saying that garlic pizza does not contain eggs, while insisting churros did, by way of putting a blame on his 'unexperienced 14-year-old waitress' (term he used) – whom, by the way, I asked to go to the kitchen and check with the chef - which dessert did not contain eggs. I even asked her to check the ingredients of vanilla ice cream they put in the milkshake to ensure there was no eggs there. We spent the night at the hospital. Since the event my son is extremely traumatised and does not trust staff when we go to other restaurants or anyone really, unless it's a homemade food by his family. What makes things worse is that more than a month has passed, and Rashays executive staff (Amin and CEO for Rashays Group - Adam Deverson) have not acknowledged their responsibility for what happened to my son, they are not willing to pay our medical bills and now completely ignore my emails and text messages. And for those who don't have allergies, the service is poor, they make you feel small and unimportant, food is average. I recommend you spend your...
Read moreSo this review is written for whom it may concern I asked for a no sugar option for the salmon dish with no fries or any type of carb - salmon and well done, salad with a bit of vinegar
I was brought salmon without the honey glaze but the dressing in my salad contained sugar
I knew something was wrong after 1 bite and asked them to amend and just give me some plain vinegar pepper lemon sauce
it took another 15 min or so and I was brought a Salmon that didn't taste done and a salad with no dressing at all and no cutlery
I asked the girl for some simple dressing with no sugar
she came back with the salad drizzled in the same dressing as before
The manager came over twice
I had been brought 3 different dishes. And the last time the salmon was the same as the 2nd, when it tasted like carton, just thrown in the oven a bit more and salad had literally just lemon on the side.
I was given 20% discount so after waiting at the table for about an hour longer and stressing over the whole situation and in the end eating a half a portion with salad leaves and hardly any option for a dressing I still paid $31 instead of $33.
The manager or man in charge said that's all he has authority to do. I appreciated he did try
and I have to mention I think it's no one's fault but here is the question
how is it possible that there are hardly any options for people that eat sugarfree ? Why is it so hard?
Please listen and make amends because there are people with diabetes out or cardiovascular diseases and such.
It's really not cool anyway in general that we don't have this option. All we're trying to do is eat healthy and it was quite late and nothing else was open.
there are hardly any options for healthy food at night , be the change, buy some simple vinegar for the kitchen.
The whole experience totally ruined our...
