Customer service is hopeless!!

What I ordered at the counter: 1 blackforest cake and 1 orange cake What I got at the table: 1 mudcake slice and 1 orange cake

I told them they made a mistake but they showed me their receipt and told me I ordered mudcake. I told them I specifically ordered blackforest. The waiter argued that I have to pay 40c extra because the blackforest costs just that much more. While I can pay, it is so unprofessional for them to make the mistake and chase the customer over a matter of a few cents!! This is already on top of the ridiculous EFTPOS fee they charge customers.

Then, he brought the plate back with 1 mudcake slice and 1 blackforest cake!!! 🤦

We again had to correct him, we asked for blackforest and orange cake only, and no mudcake. By the time we got the correct cakes, the orange cake had gone cold.

"Blackforest" and "mudcake" dont even sound alike. But it seems the people working there don't know the difference between the two or the names of any of the cakes in the store. And they have the audacity to keep chasing the customer over a few cents for overpriced cakes with incompetent service. Greedy business, never...

Hi,we went for coffee onTuesday we were shocked and speechless.

What happened to Oliver Brown? 3 staff 1 making coffee 1 serving at the counter in and out in the kitchen the other one he look like he just woke up. I'm in hospitality bisness myself Oliver Brown has been my place to relax and enjoy but i was sureprised the place was in a mess dirty plates on the tables more than 20mins and flies were manifested aswell.

Our order was sitting at the counter the 3rd sleepy guy was sneezing i thought this is bad i went and pick my own coffee

We waited for sometime for our coffee and cake. I ordered carrot and orange something like that. The cake was old What happened where this beautiful place and staff.

Please clean your shop dont spoilt your bisness name.

Oliver Brown has become my go-to place for dessert over the last couple of years, due to its consistency of its fantastic hot chocolate. This branch does not disappoint either in respect to its dessert options.

Dark hot chocolate is an absolute comfort food I cannot pass. Their churros is also great, but takes around 30 minutes to wait almost every time. If you cannot wait, get the next best thing which is their waffles.

A different thing about this place from other branches is that they also serve brunch-type of meals. They offer quite a long list of cafe style dish and attempt to add their own flavour to each one. I've only tried a couple of them so far, and...
