Read fully and take a call as it may not apply to you. I was disappointed. They serve stale and left over food not just from last night but much older. I got their vegetarian meal delivered to my home. They said they were giving matar paneer and split pea curry. When i received it was not matar paneer as there was no matar in it. The paneer was marinated in achari masala and was very old. While the gravy was tomato based with slushy bell peppers dangling all over it. It smelled stale and was really old. The dal tasted old as well, but sauteed fresh with ghee. Jamoons were hard and too sweet tuan u expect. That is because they stayed in the syrup for way too long indicating that they were old too. When I called them and said I did not get matar paneer, she said she was confused. I explained everything that i have typed in here and she was apologetic. I recently visited Sehaj Restauran and unfortunately, my experience left much to be desired. The staff’s hygiene practices were shockingly poor, especially when handling sweets.
Handwashing Neglect: I observed staff members handling sweets without washing their hands properly. Handwashing is crucial to prevent the spread of harmful bacteria, especially when dealing with food items. While serving sweets, they were also cleaning the floor. This lack of focus compromises food safety and cleanliness. Floors can harbor dirt, debris, and contaminants, which should never come into contact with food.

I can understand that its human to err and misunderstanding can happen ( from either side) .. but what on the earth stops you to refund the money if customer has been charged wrong amount ( irrespective of mistake from any side) ..
