The rolls really look nothing like the adversed pics and the chicken in the burgers are quite small compared to the advertised pics but thats not the fault of the store... but when you serve very old chips in driv thru when we are trying to support you next door to maccas.... thats not cool.. really not cool at all. Have a system in place where in the middle of the night fries are cooked to order. Know your portions raw and cook them as soon as orders are placed... thats the first thing anyone tastes when they put their hands in the bag... fresh crispy fries is what we should get... not your half hour fries in the fry warmer served to the next car... really not cool. I trust the chicken isnt older than its supposed to be. The fries make all the difference going through drive thru. Pls work on that and I'll update this review when its rectified. We honestly dont mind waiting if we will be wowed by the freshness that maccas continually fail at also. Make a difference, be the better store, serve the best quality you can! We'll wait that extra minute twenty.. drive thru speed means nothing if you're serving old fries... after all isnt it your return customers that keep your store functioning? This place has gone down hill big time. Popped in yesterday and got one of their $10.00 lunch box specials. OMG what garbage, as soon as I opened it up the one piece of chicken was SO OVER COOKED I would call it cremated not cooked. The chips were cold and soggy (how hard is it to serve hot chips? - really) and the potato and gravy was cold in the middle and quite firm lumpy. Like it had been sitting around overnight. I ended up feeding most of it to the tip chooks that were scavenging around outside. I took the nuggets home for my little dogs and you know what - they wouldn't even eat them. They smelt them and walked off. Complete garbage and that's trying to eat in, can't imagine what this would be like by the time you either get home or have it delivered. The quality of this food is at a new level, not a good level. Plenty of other quick lunch options right there. Won't be this...

21-10-23 (afternoon) Order in person. The staff there are unfortunately pretty careless. I made an order with very basic substitutions (which cost extra) and yet still got it wrong. No where between the front and back staff had any attention to detail even though the substitution was on their order screen.

Furthermore ordered a large coslaw and only after paying was notified that they only gave me 2 smalls which is NOT equivalent to a large (I've done the math). It's disappointing I had to have a back and forth with the staff who did not agree with me. He acted condescending and had no justification other than "trust me bro".

Additionally the gravy given leaked all the way through the bag as it wasn't properly packed
