If I could give these guys minus stars I would. I wouldn't be surprised if I get food poisoning from the few chips I did eat. Absolutely disgusting; front of house was non existent long enough for me to stand there for 10 taking photos of their disgusting kitchen because they were "getting a mop" (this was their answer I was given when I asked why she disappeared when she saw me, the only customer at the time, about to enter the building when there was obviously at least three employees in store.

The food is not cooked fresh; Somehow after waiting 10 minutes in the drive through for just chips, our dinner was lukewarm and both overcooked and undercooked (as if the last remaining chips from 4 hours previous had been reheated along with some new ones which were inedible.... As they were only warmed through).

The floor of the kitchen was coated in food as if someone had had a good fight, and I could see the shelf the old chips had come from as the "back of house" employee tipped the "new" chips over (a show I'm sure for the three customers who just walked in that the food actually WAS fresh 😑) which then mixed with the old ones which were sitting on the back of the salting area.

Sorry Red rooster; I really did love you, but why would I go to ANY of your stores when this is the standard we have to look forward to when we're tired and on the way home from work?

Your new slogan should be "let's hope it's dark enough and they're tired enough to not call us on this absolute filth we pass off as food".

The place looked abandoned when we walked it. Rubbish overflowing from bins, sticky floors and food all over the kitchen. When i walked to the counter there was no service for a minute or two until the young bloke came out (the young girl walked out the back and we didn't see her assist at all).The chips we received were cold and hard. The food was surprisingly cold, as in the buns were cold and the chicken inside was luke warm. The gravy bucket was opened from the time I got there and was only covered when he opened the pea one to get my peas. It was gross. We ordered at 5.50pm by the time I'm writing this I have 2 kids in the bathroom throwing it back up and I'll be joining them soon. I wouldn't send my worst enemy here to eat and if management has camera in the kitchen I would suggest you check it and check the quality of your store cos that little SCRATCH acronym you have posted up doesn't apply to your store. The young girl did eventually appear to wipe up the dirty tables and to give me and my son death stares while she did it. I'm sorry I interrupted your day. Anyway time for me to drive the porcelain bus now. Don't go to or order from here....

The Windsor Red Rooster has to be the worst Red Rooster in NSW. The staff are incompetent and lazy , I bought a Chicken Cheeseburger and the bread was stale & Cold and the Chicken fillet was also cold , I took that back and they replaced it with fresh warm burger. I then tried some of the chips that were in my order and they were Cold & Stale and looked like they had been cooked 30 mins earlier , I drove to the Drive thru window and told the young male staff member that these Chips are cold & stale , he offered to replace them but I told him “No thanks , I won’t be back “ ,they also tried to rip me off $14.75 for a $12.75 meal , the staff don’t have a clue about meal prices . This is not the first time I have had problems with this store , in 2024 I bought a 1/4 Chicken & Chips meal and had to take the chicken back as it was half cooked and they offered to replace it , told them they shouldn’t be selling anymore Chicken that night . Sorry you have lost my business and will be telling my friends to avails your store . Lift your game Red Rooster cause the kids running your store are ruining...
