The royal exchange hotel was just one of those pubs that leaves you with a warm fuzzy feeling, I loved how old school everything was and how affordable and the delicious the food was, I had the sirloin steak with extra prawns and mash potatoe on the side and unlike every other pub they actually cooked the broccoli properly which I actually appreciate because it was just like eating from home when your mother cooks for you I would definatly recommend everyone goes back. I spent about 40 bucks for everything for both my wife and myself which is pretty decent but the size of the meal...

Food is delicious and prices are affordable.

Lunch special from Monday to Saturday offers $12 for steak which comes with two sides and sauce. Medium well steak can be a little tough.

Chips and mash potato taste lovely. Peppered gravy is so good.

Lamb shank, Burger and Chicken Schnitzel seem popular here.

Service is good too and foods come reasonably quick. Outdoor area seems nice to have a meal but it is also smoking area. Not friendly for non smokers.

Always lovely staff in here, great food too. They recently added an Asian food section because the incredible chef has experience in the area so we very much appreciate that!
