My praise for this establishment couldn't be higher. A rocky start due to our table being missed at the start of the night, but very quickly overlooked due to the impeccable service and sublime food.
It was an absolute treat to be welcomed by Jodi and her floor staff into their home and treated to some of the best food my partner and I have had in a long time courtesy of Adam - her partner - and his kitchen team.
Adam is a stunning chef, having created two beautiful set menus that align perfectly with Jodis own wine pairings. The range of both Australian and international wines are superb and create a stunning dinning journey. Adams scallops and pork belly would have to have been our highlights.
The over all atmosphere was quaint and cozy but refined and elegant at the same time. The light jazz music coupled with the ambience and stunning customer service provided by Jodi and her team created a wonderful guest experience.
My partner and I celebrated our 9 year anniversary here and the small little token at the end of the evening (as seen from photos) shows they go above and beyond for their guests to make the most memorable dining experiences imagineable.
I can't thank the both of them enough and we look forward to coming back next year to crack the 10 course set for our 10 year...

Read moreWhen I PAY $135 per head for a 8 - 9 course degustation, am offered bread and butter, water (sparkling/tap) at the beginning of my meal plus a bottle of rose is brought over to start the meal without telling me that I'll be charged for this, I do not expect my bill to end up at $330 When I head over to pay.
So for $60 extra on top of the set menu my wife and I received a few glasses of sparkling water and a small glass of rose each.
Ended up paying $16 a bottle of sparkling x 2.
Very Good food however this deceptive sales technique did my head in.
Very good service as well I will add.
