You have not responded to the text messages that I sent you on 9 Sept. The food we had on 4 Sept. was very disappointing, not like the excellent food we have previously enjoyed. The Bhuna Gosht was so bad we had to send it back. The Bombay Beef was just OK as was the Goat Masala. The Hariyali Goat was not available; proof that the food was not freshly cooked but reheated leftovers. When can we expect you to have FRESH curries available? Not Worthy of even a first visit: Lights are bright, decor is cheap and in poor taste, paper sheets on tables. Waited 20 min for service and 45 min for our food. Food was tasteless, ingredients cheap and poorly prepared and unattractively presented. Lamb Biryani had 2 small pieces of grizzled mutton. Every time I come here I see one in particular employee working extremely hard. That person out performs any body else and always try's to make the purchasing process as quick and swift as possible whilst also delivering possibly the best naan on this side of Sydney. I've had better curries of course but at the price I can't stress enough that you definitely get your money's value out...
