This is my favourite restaurant for take out Chinese. But tonight (Saturday night) something is not quite right. Did they lose their chef?
The fried rice is not up to the standard im used to. I usually love the Hong Kong style fried rice but this one has no soy sauce and there's so much pink pork throughout, giving it an odd freezer burnt taste.
The Mongolian lamb is ruined by the taste of bicarb soda and the San choi bau should not be so watery, needs to be put through a strainer before it's spooned into the yellow (not green) lettuce cups. All this for over $90. Anyone...
