Absolutely disgusting display of behaviour from shop owner.

Ordered food and was told to come back in 20 minutes in which I did... Was told to wait a little longer as it shouldn't be to long. So I begin to stand and wait.. 5 minutes goes by.. nobody says a word. 10 minutes later and I'm still waiting... A customer comes in and gets close to where I'm standing... So (with a mask on) I cough.. as ol mate is getting close.

Owner storms over after hearing cough and asks me to step outside due to covid rules... Infront of other customer "putting me on show" Mind you if I chose to sit in and eat I wouldn't have a mask on 😑 and covid rules state the facility can have more than 5 people in it... So he's point was invalid.

He should of kindly asked me to take a seat inside the restaurant as it would still be a wait. So for he's actions I kindly asked for a refund and will not be ever going back.

Was it to hard to come over and say " I'm sorry sir there is going to be little more of a wait , would you like to take a seat at one of the free tables"

Or would you rather me wait outside like a dog?

Covid rules? If.you were that worried and abiding you'd be wearing a mask as I was. So you can try and justify the way you treated me any way you like , but guess what... The customer always right!

As for the customer that came into my personal space... He should of respected the covid rules and stayed 1.5m away from me.

So what would be your response if I had sat down to eat and didn't have a mask on and coughed? Would I have been kicked out or asked to leave due to being asthmatic? That's discrimination. Would you ask an autistic child to leave if he were being loud and crying? As it's something that can't be controlled or stopped , it's a medical condition. I feel I should possibly be seeking legal advice or at the least lodging a complaint with Fair trading.

As to legal contract over food, what would happen if I ordered my food got home and found a hair or insect in it? To bad you left my shop I'm not obligated to refund? 😑 Doesn't sound...

Worst Thai I've ever had.

Visited here new yrs eve due to being the only place locally that seemed to be open. We were seated straight away, and our entrees came out not too long after. Satay chicken was ok, the spring rolls were bland. I didn't get my coke no sugar even though I reminded her. The chicken fried rice came out and it was horrid. Rice was gooey, chicken uncooked and the display of it was like a child just threw it on the plate.

It began to get busy and people were waiting for a while for their food incl take away people. 1 cook and for the amount of people there waiting I think was probably too much to handle.

We didn't pay for our rice due to the disgust we were served and I definitely didn't pay for the coke no sugar I never received.

Staff were nice but slow, I would not be going back here. Very disappointed with this thai, many better ones locally and this one just was not up there for us.

For a takeaway meal I waited almost an hour only to find the food had been waiting on the bench and it had gone cold. I was waiting patently and checking every 20 mins but they could not co-ordinate the orders. When I got it home one of the dishes was not what I ordered, one dish was lamb cutlets and they were the worst lamb cutlets I have ever had, they were tough as old boots. Not only was the food bad, cold but there was a hair in the food. We threw the food in the bin.

I don't think this is a place to visit twice, it was a waste of money and the time spent waiting ruined my evening. SPARE...
