Which once was an amazing watering hole with amazing Korean food and nice bar staff has now been corrupted by a read headed dictator bar manager named Jessica. She has repeatedly shown herself to be an unreasonable person with no regard for right or wrong. Among other incidents, I had witnessed her kick my friend out the venue with her sole reason being - 6 weeks prior, the bar manager had over heard my friend call the venue "a ####hole" among friends (not to bar staff directly). This was due to staff not allowing us to stay longer than their '5 minute' restriction in their smoking area. This bar manager is definitely on a power trip and should be reprimanded for her actions. Managers should be of a higher quality than this with customer service prioritised. Very dissapointed that this person could be hired even as a supervisor...

Let me start this off by saying that I have been going to this pub over a series of several months at a variety of times to get a decent vibe of the place. Never in all of my years have I seen such a potentially great pub with fantastic placement within the area be used up and wasted on the dole bludgers and degenerates of society. The bar staff seem to always be doing their best and the food at the Korean Restaurant is always lovely and fresh. I however must let all reading be aware to stay away from the outdoor smoking area at all times. Lest you be set upon by what can only be described as the waiting lobby of Centrelink.
