Sanchez Cantina — Restaurant in Sydney

It was a very poor service. Though it was an order through Uber, but the store has provided the food which does not look like a Mexican taco And there was just one taco instead of two as per the menu. Secondly, a beef taco was ordered, but the box was shown with pork or beef taco and it’s a mix up of both pork and beef taco in a single box. My friend who came to have dinner could not eat pork and the manager criticize that he would not know that he was a Muslim. The head chef so-called manager name is Yun and has no sense of customer service and literally said ‘how would I know You are a Muslim’. It was such an insult for a guest who came to my place, there was no apology, I was given a choice of either come and pick up the order or apply for a refund. How is it fair when we are sitting in for a dinner and for a mistake that at restaraunt makes we need to leave everything and rush to pick the dinbet. Do we blame Uber or the restaurant? Uber delivers only what the restaurant makes and in this case is the restaurant made totally incorrect irresponsible food which did not match the orders, and it was picked up by Uber and they blame the Uber driver, poor guy … There was no apology and the head chef so-called manager, Yun had no respect for a customer, he yelled and he shouted and hung...

Was looking for a hidden gem amongst the smorgasbord of cafe's embedded in these new and growing suburbs, Sanchez Cantina was no diamond in the rough. Food was pretty standard fare you would expect from the major players (Mad Mex, GYG, etc) but much pricier $8/taco plus $2 if you want hot sauce... the Pulled Beef Taco with chimichurri was ok when all mixed together but bland when tasted individually, the chicken taco was filled with to much cabbage and again bland. the worst were the chicken wings (7 small wing pieces) crumbed, fried and coated in honey. Would much preferred charred wings with a smokey sweet hot sauce, I guess they tried with the chipotle but failed. The cheese Quesadilla was nothing more than two tortilla's with cheese in the middle again bland but for $9 felt they were asking a bit much. Would I go there again,...

I ordered a pulled pork burrito delivery from Menulog. My burrito was basically wrapped in all rice, pea size amount of pork, few pieces of black beans. There was no burrito sauce, no avocado , no lettuce , no salsa , no cheese.

When i rang up to complain my conversation went back and forth for a whole hour deciding on what they should do to compensate me. . All i asked was either deliver me a proper burrito or next time i dine to give me store credit for a " Proper" burrito. I don't see why it was so difficult for the manager to think of how to make the customer satisfied. This literally took over an hour, he then decided 10% was a fair enough offer next time i dine .

Well guess what there isn't going to be a next time ! you do not deserve me as a customer...
