I have been a loyal customer of Xpresso Kellyville Grove, visiting every week with my family, especially for their chocolate waffles that we all love. However, my recent experience has left me extremely disappointed and frustrated.
We arrived today 09:30pm and, despite the chilly weather and having an elderly family member with us, the staff made us sit in the cold. To make matters worse, it took them 20 minutes to serve the two meals we ordered.
The staff was incredibly rude and ignorant. Despite my regular patronage, they showed no consideration for my loyalty. Not only did they charge me differently from the prices for an extra waffle compared to other Xespresso. When I tried to address these issues, the staff was dismissive and unhelpful.
This level of poor service is unacceptable. As a loyal customer, I expect to be treated with respect and fairness. I will definitely be sharing this experience with my friends and family, and I am reconsidering my future visits to Xpresso Kellyville Grove. Customer service needs to be improved significantly.
Please check the cameras, they even didnāt give us cutlery and you could see us asking for a cutlery, staff was laughing over us asking...

I have gotten the Dubai chocolate strawberry cup multiple times the last month and have had a great experience with lots of chocolate and lots of pistachio topping and enjoyed it! Yesterday I went and was given a cup of strawberries with pistachio on top with a teaspoon of chocolate. We asked for more chocolate which was met with attitude and when she drizzled another teaspoon on we asked for more and explained every other time has been perfect ratio but we were told we had to pay $3 more to get extra chocolate because thatās the usual amount and that they have to cut on costs cause chocolate is expensive. Donāt sell something that you can afford to make. You can make a month long special but let it just be crap by the end of the month cause you can afford chocolate. The staff were not very friendly and didnāt apologise for the inconvenience or rectify it. Coming from a customer service role the way this was handled was not very nice and has put a sour taste in my mouth (literally cause the strawberries were half mush and over ripe). I wonāt be coming back...

Fruits not very fresh anymore and they cut half of the fruit out of that which is advertised when running low without tellling you or adjusting the price, and wheneverj you order the original large bowls rather than the build your own, it seems they canāt get it right and give you the smaller build your own bowls which are half the size and same price. This has happened at least 3 times now on seperate occasions so the guys really need to start getting it together again given I would order these probably 3/4 times a week and they are pricey at $19 each so you expect good quality at those prices.
Also seems since theyāve got busier the coffee quality is really random depending on the barrister. I come in everyday pretty much and some days the coffee is undrinkable but donāt like to complain so take it, and then throw it away on way home, yet other days itās delightful. They seem to have lots of young staff always in training but consistency is the key guys. Especially with 3 other cafes...
